본원발명에 따른 전지모듈 이송용 지그는, 전지모듈을 수평 방향으로 이송하기 위한 이송 롤러가 장착되어 있는 베이스 플레이트, 상기 베이스 플레이트의 양측 외주변에 배치되는 복수의 가이드 롤러, 전지모듈 랙(Rack)에 탑재된 상기 전지모듈에 결합하여 상기 전지모듈 랙에서 상기 전지모듈을 분리시키는 윈치(winch), 및 상기 베이스 플레이트의 하부에 결합되어 있는 장착부를 포함하고, 전지모듈을 쉽고 안전하게 전지모듈 랙에서 분리할 수 있으므로, 작업 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
Abstract:
A folding wing for a conveyor is disclosed that can extend to facilitate sorting of items and providing additional space for docking locations. A first and second section each have a conveyor surface; and are coupled with a reverse-knee joint such that, in a folded configuration the conveyor surface of the first section and the conveyor surface of the second section are adjacent, and in an unfolded configuration, the first section conveyor surface and the second section conveyor surface form a contiguous conveyor surface. In some examples, the frame may be made of aluminum, and the rollers made of PVC, in order to reduce weight. In some examples, the folding section may measure approximately two feet by two feet. The folding assembly may drop down for even more space savings, when not in use, and be supported in an extended configuration with a second reverse knee joint.

A destacking conveyor and a method for destacking stacked articles, such as parcels and envelopes. The destacking conveyor comprises an inclined array of rollers that are arranged to rotate on axes perpendicular to a conveying direction. The conveyor is divided along its length into continuous roller-activation zones and selectively activated zones. In the continuous zones, the rollers always rotate in the conveying direction. In the selectively activated zones, the rollers are activated to rotate in the conveying direction and deactivated to be freely rotatable and allow articles to slide backward by gravity. The conveyor also includes a lift to change its inclination angle. By regulating the inclination angle and the activation and deactivation of the rollers in the selectively activated zones, piggy-backed articles slide off bottom articles.

An out-feed roller support stand having a sturdy, stable base that folds for compact storage. A support mast that telescopes into and is adjustable within the base supports a work support head that includes and adjustable cross bar on which a row of pivoting caster wheels are mounted. An alternative embodiment includes a ramp for guiding sagging ends of work-pieces up onto the caster wheels. Both the height and angle between the adjustable cross bar and floor are adjustable after the position of the support mast has been adjusted in order to position the support head in roughly the correct location.

An extendable gravity loader (10) includes an extendable gravity propelled conveying surface and a user interface section having a driven conveying surface. The sidewalls (24) allow for a minimal height of the extendable units, while still providing a structurally robust loader (10) with a minimal drop off between conveying surfaces of the respective units (14). The user interface section (20) provided at an outer end of the loader (10) may have least a portion that is vertically adjustable via an actuator at the extendable unit of the loader. Additionally, a limit switch (39) may be provided to deactivate the actuator (54) in response to detection of resistance to upward and downward movement of the user interface section. An actuator assist device, such as gas springs (58,74) or the like, is operable to assist the actuator (54) in raising and lowering the user interface section (20), such that a lower vertical height of the user interface section (20) may be provided, since a smaller lift arm or moment arm (56) is necessary to raise and lower the user interface section (20) by the actuator (54).

The present invention relates to a lift device, which is especially suitable for use in a transfer assembly of a conveyor system. It is an object of this invention to provide an actuator or a compact and preferably modular non-pneumatic lifting device for a load that can provide a smooth lifting and lowering motion. According to the present invention, the lift assembly includes a first member, which is adapted for resting on a reference surface, and a second member which defines a support surface for a load. A drive assembly selectively moves the second member relative to the first member from an initial position to a final position. The drive assembly is adapted to move the second member from its initial position at a progressively increasing speed to an intermediate position and after which at a progressively decreasing speed until the second member is moved to its final position.
