L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de préparation et d'enfournement de matières premières pour un four verrier comprenant un moyen de réalisation d'un mélange de poudre de matière première et d'eau liquide produisant une masse humidifiée de poudre de matière première, un système de réalisation d'un mélange de calcin avec la masse humidifiée de poudre de matière première produisant un mélange de matière première et de calcin, dit mélange MP/C, un préchauffeur de matière première dans lequel le mélange MP/C circule et est chauffé et séché pour produire une masse à enfourner, puis un système d'enfournement dans le four verrier de la masse à enfourner.

A system (10) for preheating batch materials in a glass melting furnace (12) includes a preheater (16) having an outlet (84) through which fluid is exhausted and an inlet (82) that receives fluids exhausted from the furnace and recirculated from the preheater outlet. In one embodiment, a cyclonic separator (20) has an inlet (92) in communication with the preheater outlet and an outlet (94, 96) in fluid communication with a fan (30). A controller (70) controls the speed of the fan responsive to a drop in pressure between the separator inlet and outlet and a temperature at the separator outlet. In other embodiments, controllers (76, 77) control valves (34, 40, 44) that (i) control the amount of fluids exhausted from the preheater that are delivered to a flue (100) and recirculated to the preheater or (ii) control the amount of fluids diverted to charger (18) for the furnace, in response to temperatures in a duct coupled to the preheater inlet.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for melting a raw material such as glass. The method comprises a creating a flow of raw material interrupted by a heated phase separation barrier, wherein melting is achieved by transfer of heat from the phase separation barrier to the raw material. The process comprises: providing solid raw material to the phase separation barrier, wherein the phase separation barrier supports the solid raw material; heating the phase separation barrier to a temperature which is (a) at least 700°C and (b) sufficient to cause melting of the solid raw material which contacts the barrier, wherein any melted raw material formed on contact with the phase separation barrier flows off or through the phase separation barrier; and collecting the melted raw material; wherein the phase separation barrier causes separation of the solid and melted phases within the flow of the raw material. Two or more melters may be used in parallel and the resultant melted raw materials mixed together in the melted state.

Das Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Produktes durch Aufschmelzen eines Feeds und Erstarren lassen, vorzugsweise Verfahren zum Herstellen von Gläsern, insbesondere von Wasserglas, in einem Ofen, vorzugsweise in einem Wannenofen, mit Wärmerückgewinnung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man zumindest einen Teil der von dem hergestellten Produkt abgegebenen Wärme zur Vorwärmung des Feed verwendet. Damit wird gleichzeitig erreicht, Energie einzusparen, die Kapazität den Wannenofens zu erhöhen, den Arbeitsschutz zu verbessern und weniger Kühlwasser zur Kühlung des Transportbandes für das hergestellte geschmolzene Glas zu verbrauchen.
Abstract:
When waste glass that is highly contaminated with organic impurities is melted, these impurities cause the appearance of so-called "black grains " which cannot be eliminated in a subsequent refining process and which therefore impair the quality of the glass. According to the invention, gas nozzles (19) for introducing oxygen are arranged in the area of the feed opening (4) of a melting aggregate (2) which is thermally connected to a combustion chamber (3). The organic constituents are thus oxidised specifically and removed as waste gas (21). The invention enables even very highly contaminated waste glass, such as glass fibres, to be fed back into the production process.
