摘要: A reflow oven is disclosed in the present application, the reflow oven including: a housing, where the housing defines an oven chamber, and the oven chamber is provided with an inlet end, an outlet end, and a conveying space extending from the inlet end to the outlet end; and at least two blocking boxes, where the at least two blocking boxes are arranged at the inlet end and the outlet end of the oven chamber respectively and configured to block ambient gases from entering the oven chamber. Each blocking box penetrates at least a part of the housing and is inserted into the oven chamber in a direction transverse to an extension direction of the conveying space, and is configured to be removably mounted on the housing in a drawable manner. According to the present application, with sliding mounting structures arranged, the blocking boxes can be removably mounted on the housing in a drawable manner, such that when the blocking boxes need to be cleaned and maintained, the blocking boxes can be easily removed from the housing for cleaning. When the blocking boxes are cleaned, it is unnecessary to remove a plurality of flow deflectors one by one, which facilitates operations.

摘要: Es wird eine Querfeldinduktionsheizeinrichtung zur induktiven Erwärmung von Metallband in einer Walzanlage beschrieben. Die Einrichtung weist einen oberen Induktor und einen unteren Induktor auf, zwischen denen das zu erwärmende Metallband angeordnet ist. Jeder Induktor ist in zwei nebeneinander angeordnete Teilinduktionsschleifen unterteilt, die in Reihe geschaltet und gegensinnig eingespeist sind, so dass der geteilte eingespeiste gleiche Strom in beiden Teilinduktionsspulen gegensinnig ausgerichtet ist. Hierdurch lässt sich eine besonders gute Steuerung der Kantenerwärmung des Bandes erreichen.
