Multiple environmental, economic, and ecological issues are linked to a limited number of chemicals such as carbon dioxide, sulphur dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, methanol, formaldehyde and ethylene or disposal of some waste products from farming, transportation, and the beverage industry. Accordingly, the reduction of the impacts of these limited number of gases on the environment and/or ecology is beneficial. Accordingly, there are presented a range of application of methods, systems, and treatments which mitigate these impacts, using calcium hydroxide as a sorbent.

Apresente invenção descreve a obtenção de um fertilizante nutritivo para plantas, conformado em haste ou palito, de aplicação doméstica ou industrial, totalmente orgânico e biodegradável, capaz de disponibilizar os nutrientes necessários às raízes da planta e ao solo, de maneira gradativa, sendo, para tanto constituído de: fécula de mandioca; resíduos vegetais provenientes de poda triturados; material de compostagem gerado a partir daatividade de bovinocultura; e nutrientes NPK obtidos naturalmente por meio do processo de compostagem. O fertilizante proposto supera os inconvenientes do atual estado da técnica, por exemplo, os produtos disponíveispossuírem um aspecto pegajoso e serem frágeis, o que dificulta sua aplicação e inviabiliza sua remoção e/ou realocação, diferentemente do esperado pelo consumidor.

The assemblage appliance includes: a pliant structured exoskeletal envelope, pliable collapsible anaerobic digester and gas tank. A compact kit-of-parts for assembling the aforementioned appliance and respective method using the aforementioned appliance for recycling organic waste into biogas and liquid fertilizer are described.

The invention provides a process for continual multiphase recycling of solid and liquid organic waste for a greenhouse culture comprising recovering the solid and liquid organic waste; pre-treating the solid waste to produce a digestable mixture; anaerobically digesting the mixture to produce a digested solution, biogas and a fertilising sludge; filtering the liquid organic waste through a filtering marsh to produce a marsh effluent and marsh biomass; subjecting the digested solution to nitrification to produce an organic liquid fertiliser; and reintroducing the fertilising sludge, the marsh effluent and the organic liquid fertiliser into the greenhouse culture for biomass production. This integrated process recycles both solid and liquid organic waste and converts the waste into nutritive inputs for the greenhouse culture thus providing recycled fertilisers for efficient biomass production.

The separate elements comprise at the least one grinding mill (1), one dehumidifier (2) and one compost machine (3). Further the system comprises means for adding water before the dehumidifier, and means for ensuring that th liquid leaving the dehumidifier has a temperature above ca 25°C, preferably above 30°C. The invention also relates to a method for producing fertilizer, where organic waste is grinded and supplied with water, whereafter the fat- and liquid fraction are separated at a temperature above 25°C, preferably above 30°C, and where the solid mass is dehumidified and composted.
