摘要: The present invention relates to a method of synthesis of a biodegradable polyurethane foam, comprising the following steps: i) mixing of at least one aliphatic isocyanate bearing at least two isocyanate groups with at least one saccharide in weight ratio of from 1:1 to 30:1 to form a saccharide-isocyanate precursor; ii) homogenization of the saccharide-isocyanate precursor from step i) with 20 to 70 % (w/w) of at least one biodegradable aliphatic polyester-ether polyol having molecular mass in the range of from 0 to 10 000 g/mol and hydroxyl number from 10 to 100 mgKOH/g, 1 to 5 % (w/w) of water, and 1 to 10 % (w/w) of at least one blowing agent other than water, related to the total weight of the resulting mixture; iii) foaming of the homogenized mixture from step ii) at the temperature of from 20 to 100 °C, resulting in the biodegradable polyurethane foam comprising incorporated saccharide. The invention further relates to a biodegradable polyurethane foam obtainable by this method, to a biodegradable polyurethane foam-based material for saccharide-cleaving enzyme production and to the use thereof.

摘要: Provided is a composition comprising: A) an aliphatic polyurethane which comprises a reaction product of a first aliphatic polyisocyanate, a first polyol, and a thiol, optionally in the presence of a catalyst, and B) a urethane (meth)acrylate prepolymer, optionally a reactive diluent, and a photoinitiator, wherein the urethane (meth)acrylate prepolymer comprises a reaction product of a second aliphatic polyisocyanate, a second polyol and an acrylate, wherein the reactive diluent comprises a (meth) acrylate monomer, wherein the first aliphatic polyisocyanate and second aliphatic polyisocyanate may be identical or different, and wherein the first polyol and the second polyol may be identical or different. Also provided is a process comprising combining: A) a polyurethane which comprises a reaction product of a first aliphatic polyisocyanate, a first polyol, and a thiol, optionally in the presence of a catalyst, and B) a urethane (meth) acrylate prepolymer, a reactive diluent, and a photoinitiator, wherein the urethane (meth)acrylate prepolymer comprises a reaction product of a second aliphatic polyisocyanate, a second polyol and an acrylate, wherein the reactive diluent comprises a (meth)acrylate monomer, wherein the first aliphatic polyisocyanate and second aliphatic polyisocyanate may be identical or different, and wherein the first polyol and the second polyol may be identical or different. The compositions of the invention may find use in 3D printing applications.
