    Abstract: 본 발명은 수계 열경화성 수지, 예를 들어 수계 요소 수지, 수계 멜라민 수지, 수계 페놀 수지 및 수계 요소 변성 수지 등을 제조할 때 발생하는 포름알데히드 가스를 화학적 방법으로 제거하는 수계 수지를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법을 적용하면 효율적이고 경제적인 공정으로 수계 수지를 제조할 때 발생된 포름알데히드 가스를 제거할 수 있다. 이들 수계 수지를 이용하여 원목마루나 가구, 벽지 등을 접착할 때 포름알데히드 가스가 배출되지 않는다. 이처럼, 환경 친화적인 건축 자재를 적용할 수 있으므로, 본 발명의 공정을 적용한 수계 수지를 사용하면 새집증후군을 미연에 방지하거나 억제할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
