Abstract:
본 발명은 수계 열경화성 수지, 예를 들어 수계 요소 수지, 수계 멜라민 수지, 수계 페놀 수지 및 수계 요소 변성 수지 등을 제조할 때 발생하는 포름알데히드 가스를 화학적 방법으로 제거하는 수계 수지를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법을 적용하면 효율적이고 경제적인 공정으로 수계 수지를 제조할 때 발생된 포름알데히드 가스를 제거할 수 있다. 이들 수계 수지를 이용하여 원목마루나 가구, 벽지 등을 접착할 때 포름알데히드 가스가 배출되지 않는다. 이처럼, 환경 친화적인 건축 자재를 적용할 수 있으므로, 본 발명의 공정을 적용한 수계 수지를 사용하면 새집증후군을 미연에 방지하거나 억제할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This invention is directed to a process for the preparation of a crosslinker composition, comprising the steps of providing a mixture of an aliphatic alcohol A having at least one hydroxyl group and from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, with at least one multifunctional aldehyde C having at least two aldehyde groups -CHO to form a mixture AC, heating the mixture AC to convert at least a part of the multifunctional aldehyde C to its hemiacetal or to its acetal to form a mixture (AC)', adding to the mixture (AC)' least one cyclic urea U or the educts to produce the said cyclic urea U in situ, which cyclic urea U has at least one unsubstituted >NH group, and reacting the mixture thus obtained to form a chemical bond between the nitrogen atom of the at least one unsubstituted >NH group of the at least one cyclic urea U5 and the carbon atom of the least one aldehyde group -CHO of the multifunctional aldehyde C, and coating compositions comprising the said crosslinker composition.

본 발명은 개방 셀 발포체용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 소수성 개방 셀 발포체와 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 개방 셀 발포체용 조성물을 제공하고, 상기 개방 셀 발포체용 조성물의 내부 골격 구조 표면을 실리카 겔로 일부 또는 완전히 코팅시켜 소수/소유성을 갖고 내열성을 향상시킨 소수성 개방 셀 발포체를 수지에서부터 멜라민 폼까지 연속하여 효율적으로 제조하는 방법을 제공하는 효과를 제공한다.

The invention relates to a crosslinker composition comprising a reaction product of a cyclic urea U and a multifunctional aliphatic aldehyde A, and at least one crosslinker selected from the group consisting of reaction products of an aminotriazine and at least one aldehyde selected from the group consisting of aliphatic monoaldehydes and multifunctional aliphatic aldehydes having the structure Y(CHO) n , where Y is an n-functional aliphatic residue, and n is greater than 1; reaction products of urea and/or cyclic ureas and formaldehyde; alkoxycarbonyl- aminotriazines; multifunctional isocyanates which may be partially or completely blocked; reaction products of phenols and aliphatic monoaldehydes; multifunctional epoxides; multifunctional aziridines; and multifunctional carbodiimides, wherein any of the crosslinkers which have hydroxyl groups may be etherified with one or more linear, branched, or cyclic aliphatic alcohols.

The present invention relates to a hot melt composition, which is suitable as a damping, preferably a sound deadening, composition comprising i) at least one poly-α-olefin; ii) at least one elastomeric styrene based copolymer; iii) at least one tackifier; iv) at least one macrocycle; and optionally v) at least one additive, preferably selected from fillers; stabilizers; colorants; pigments; waxes; thermoplastic compounds having a melt index of 600 to 5000 at 190℃/2.16 kg (ASTM D1238) selected from ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), ethylene acrylic acid (EAA), alkyl acrylates, alkyl methylacrylates (EMA), ethylene 2-ethyl hexyl acrylate (EEHA) polymers or combinations thereof; moisture scavengers; or combinations thereof. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a dampening, preferably a sound deadening, article comprising the hot melt composition of the present invention and the use of the hot melt composition of the present invention in dampening, preferably sound deadening.

A water-based coating composition and a water-based coating material which are excellent in water resistance, hardness and processability as well as hardenability, thus having extremely highpraticality. These excellent effects can be exhibited through the reactions among hydroxyl or carboxyl groups of a water-base resin used as the base resin, groups of a curing agent component which are reactive with a specific amino resin having a novel structure, and amino groups of the amino resin.

This invention relates to unsaturated polyester compositions comprising cycloaliphatic diols such as 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanediol (TMCD) that are curable with an isocyanate crosslinker, an amino crosslinker, or a combination thereof. The unsaturated polyester compositions provide a good balance of desirable coating properties such as solvent resistance and wedge bend resistance in metal packaging applications.
