Abstract: 本发明提供了一种超临界CO 2 流体专用偶氮活性分散染料前驱体的制备方法，是在0~5℃条件下，将一定配比的 2-氯-4-硝基苯胺、盐酸、亚硝酸钠在聚乙二醇200与水形成的混合溶剂中进行重氮化，然后加入适量尿素去除过量亚硝酸。然后在上述重氮盐反应体系中加入苯胺进行偶合反应，并用碱溶液调节反应液的pH值；反应结束后用去离子水稀释过滤、洗涤，并经真空干燥后得到一种超临界CO 2 流体专用偶氮活性分散染料的前驱体。本发明提供的制备方法操作简单，反应条件温和，产物产率高，产品质量好，且避免了传统重氮化反应中大量高浓度酸的应用，使反应工艺易于控制和进行，操作更安全，并具有高效、绿色、环保等特点。
