The printing ink composition is suitable for directly printing onto non-porous substrates particularly without the need for a chemical primer layer or chemical pre-treatment.

摘要: 本发明公开了一种石墨烯发热油墨及其制备方法和应用,其包含树脂基体、导电填料、助剂和溶剂,导电填料包括石墨烯,树脂基体由有机聚合物与聚硅氮烷按照质量比1:0.08-1.5组成,石墨烯发热油墨还包含交联剂;制备:石墨烯采用粉体形式的石墨烯粉体,聚硅氮烷采用溶液形式的聚硅氮烷溶液,首先将石墨烯粉体和聚硅氮烷溶液进行搅拌分散,使充分混合,待混合均匀后,在搅拌下加入剩余原料,制成;及采用上述油墨制成的电发热膜,该发热膜在保证较低温度下优异导电性的前提下,实现了在高温下电阻大幅度提升的特性进而实现自限温,同时其恢复到正常温度时材料阻值变化不大,可逆性好,从而提高了电热膜的循环使用性能以及安全性。
