    摘要: Reactors for carrying out a chemical reaction, as well as related components, systems and methods are provided. In accordance with one embodiment, a reactor is provided that includes a furnace and a crucible positioned for heating by the furnace. The crucible may contain a molten salt bath. A downtube is disposed at least partially within the interior crucible along an axis. The downtube includes a conduit having a first end in communication with a carbon source and an outlet at a second end of the conduit for introducing the carbon material into the crucible. At least one opening is formed in the conduit between the first end and the second end to enable circulation of reaction components contained within the crucible through the conduit. An oxidizing material may be introduced through a bottom portion of the crucible in the form of gas bubbles to react with the other materials.

    摘要: A method for thermal cracking of a hydrocarbon to produce hydrogen gas and carbon comprises heating a molten medium to an operating temperature sufficient to thermally crack the hydrocarbon. The operating temperature may, for example be in the range of 600°C to 1100°C. The method mixes the hydrocarbon into the heated molten medium and pumping the mixed molten medium and hydrocarbon through a reactor. In the reactor, the hydrocarbon undergoes a thermal cracking reaction which forms hydrogen gas and carbon black. The method separates the carbon and hydrogen gas from the molten medium that has passed through the reactor. In some embodiments, the flow of the molten medium in the reactor is a turbulent flow.

    摘要: Der Erfindung, die ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Reinigung von verschmutzten Altöl betrifft, bei dem Ausgangsmaterial bis zur Gasphase erwärmt und der dabei entstehende Dampf rektifiziert wird, wobei gereinigtes Öl als Kondensat aus einem Abzug in einer Rektifikationskolonne entnommen wird, liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Reinigung von verschmutztem Altöl anzugeben, welches auch in Kleinstanlagen eine effiziente Arbeit ermöglicht, so dass eine kompakte Anlagenkonfiguration und damit insbesondere ein mobiler Einsatz durch einen Containeraufbau ermöglicht wird. Der Erfindung liegt auch die Aufgabe zugrunde, den Aufwand für die Wartung zu verringern. Die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabenstellung wird dadurch gelöst, dass Altöl einer Verdampfung durch eine zumindest mittelbare Kontaktierung des Ausgangsmaterials mit einem Schmelzbad, dessen Schmelztemperatur über der Verdampfungstemperatur jedoch unter der Zündtemperatur des Altöls liegt, unterzogen wird und der Dampf in der Rektifikationskolonne rektifiziert wird.
