Abstract: 本发明属于轧制液及其制备技术领域,公开了一种高分子环保型轧制液及其制备方法和使用方法。其是以高分子纳米植物油(非矿物油)为基础油,配合多种合成脂及各种辅料经过多次合成而成。高分子纳米植物油和矿物油融合后,在丙烯酸和氢氧化钠中和反应下,配以乳化剂、交联剂完成乳化和交联过程,获得该微乳化浓缩轧制液。乳化时达到纳米级直径,稀释液油滴直径均小于1μm,稀释液呈透明状或半透明状。各种辅助试剂的添加进一步保证了该轧制液具有润滑性好、高度浓缩、不结块透网性好、无异味、无污染排放、能耐600℃高温、防锈周期长、稳定性好、对人体无害和极强的抗氧化能力等特点。作为原液使用,便于运输,延长保质期,便于工业化生产。

Abstract: A dry lubricant for high throughput conveyor belts and other surfaces set for lubricating through direct application via a brush is disclosed. Lubricants including a mixture of a hydrocarbon, a fatty acid, and either a combination of a carboxylic acid and fatty amine, or a fatty amine salt, wherein the compositions may be free of water, sorbitan esters, and polyglycols, are disclosed. Methods of using the lubricants in dry and semi-dry modes are further disclosed.

Abstract: A method for producing a deposit resistant fluid includes combining a base stock and one or more additives to form a blended fluid configured to resist forming deposits in an oxidizing environment. The base stock has a viscosity index of at least 80, and either a kinematic viscosity at 40 °C of at least 320 cSt or a kinematic viscosity at 100 °C of at least 14 cSt. The base stock includes greater than or equal to about 90 wt% saturates, less than or equal to about 10 wt% aromatics, and a sum of terminal/pendant propyl groups and terminal/pendant ethyl groups of at least 1.7 per 100 carbon atoms.

Abstract: Alkylated naphthalene compositions are usually formed by reacting naphthalene with an electrophilic agent under acid-catalyzed conditions to afford a mixture of monoalkylated naphthalenes, dialkylated naphthalenes, and sometimes polyalkylated naphthalenes. Reaction conditions are usually chosen to change the product distribution for purposes of modifying lubricant properties such as viscosity or volatility. Rarely does the product distribution exceed 90 wt. % monoalkylated naphthalenes. Viscosity and volatility may alternately be modified by obtaining a first fraction enriched in monoalkylated naphthalenes and a second fraction enriched in dialkylated naphthalenes and combining the first fraction and the second fraction in a specified ratio to produce a modified alkylated naphthalene composition having a targeted value of one of the viscosity or the volatility. The first fraction and the second fraction may be obtained by fractional distillation of a first alkylated naphthalene composition to afford an overhead fraction and a bottoms fraction.
