摘要: 本发明提供一种热镀锌钢板的制造方法,包括对高Si、Mn含量的钢板进行热处理步骤、热浸镀步骤和合金化处理步骤,热处理步骤包括第一加热阶段和均热阶段,第一加热阶段的第一加热气氛含有0.01-0.5%体积分数的O 2,余量为N 2和不可避免的杂质,均热阶段的均热气氛含有0.5%以上体积分数的H 2,余量为N 2和不可避免的杂质,控制第一加热气氛和均热气氛的露点≥-20℃。本发明还提供一种热镀锌钢板和车用构件。本发明通过对热处理气氛进行控制,抑制了Si、Mn合金元素在钢板表面及氧化铁与基体钢板的界面、还原铁与基体钢板的界面富集,使得热镀锌钢板选用高Si、Mn含量的钢板作为母材时,经历合金化处理步骤后,可以兼得足够的镀层Fe含量和高断裂延伸率。

摘要: Direct flame furnace burner unit (100) for furnaces (200) for the thermo-chemical treatment of steel strips in continuous hot-dip galvanizing plants, comprising a burner provided with: - a combustion head (11) provided with a combustion chamber (12) having an outlet opening (13) of the combustion flame; - a body (14) to which the combustion head (11) is fixed and which comprises: a first chamber (16) which is in communication with the combustion chamber (12) and which is provided with at least one inlet opening (17) connectable to a supply source (SA1) of a pre- heated comburent, a first lance (18) for the injection of a fuel into the combustion chamber (12) and which has an inlet end which is connectable to a first supply source of a fuel (SG1) and an outlet end in communication with the combustion chamber (12), a mixing chamber (19) provided with at least a first inlet opening (20) which is connectable to a supply source of a not pre-heated comburent (SA2), with at least a second inlet opening (21) which is connectable to a second supply source of a fuel (SG2) and with at least an outlet opening of the mixture formed therein; at least a second lance (23) for the injection of the mixture into the combustion chamber (12) and having an inlet end in communication with the outlet opening of the mixing chamber (19) and an outlet end in communication with the combustion chamber (12); wherein the burner is alternatively and selectively operable in two distinct operating modes: a diffusive flame combustion mode, with lambda ranging between 0.9 and 0.98, wherein the combustion chamber (12) is fed only through the first chamber (16) and the first lance (18) respectively with the preheated comburent and with the fuel, and a premixed flame combustion mode, with lambda ranging between 1 and 1.25, wherein the combustion chamber (12) is fed only by means of the second lance (23) with the mixture formed inside the mixing chamber (19).

摘要: Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum rekristallisierenden Glühen eines nicht-kornorientierten Elektrobandes (2) in einer kontinuierlichen Glüh- und Beschichtungslinie (1), wobei das Elektroband (2) in einem Induktionsofen (5) auf eine Temperatur von mindestens 680 °C mit einer Aufheizrate von mindestens (80) K/s und anschließend in einem ggf. zweiten Durchlaufofen (8) auf eine Temperatur von mindestens 820 °C mit einer Aufheizrate von maximal 20 K/s erwärmt wird, wobei das Elektroband (2) vor dem Induktionsofen (5) zunächst über einen ersten Durchlaufofen (3) auf eine Temperatur von zumindest 300 °C mit einer Aufheizrate von maximal 60 K/s erwärmt wird.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for forming a metal component (20), the process comprising the steps of heating a metal blank (20) coated with a protective layer; cooling said metal blank (20) in a confined space (14), said cooling involving cooling by means of a gas, the gas being cooled by heat exchange with a cooling surface of a heat sink (22) inside said confined space (14), wherein a low frequency sound wave is provided into said confined space (14) in order to improve heat exchange both between the gas and a cooling surface of the at least one heat sink (22), and between the gas and the metal component (20), wherein the heated coated blank is cooled to a temperature below the melting point of the protective layer, and forming the coated blank to a component. The invention also relates to a production line for performing the process.

摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bauteils (20) aus einem Stahl mit einer stickstoffhaltigen Schutzschicht (22), umfassend folgende Schritte: - Glühen des Bauteils (20) in einer stickstoffhaltigen Atmosphäre auf eine Temperatur von mehr als 900 °C; - Abschrecken des Bauteils (20); - Tiefkühlen des Bauteils (20) bei einer Temperatur von weniger als -70 °C; - Anlassen des Bauteils (20) bei einer Temperatur von mehr als 150 °C. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren hergestelltes Bauteil (20).
