    摘要: 一种旋涡炉自热挥发含铼硫砷酸泥综合回收铼硫砷的工艺方法,是将含铼硫砷酸泥原料烘干至出窑料松散后配入熔渣料,细碎,进入旋涡炉挥发熔炼,在入炉料的氧化放热反应升温1400℃以上及氧化性燃烧气氛下,入炉料中的所有铼酸盐都会分解挥发、砷氧化成为As2O3蒸气、硫氧化成为SO2蒸气,一同进入烟气中;高温烟气在烟气水洗塔中进行铼砷富集,SO2则进入后续的脱硫塔脱离硫回收。本方法热效率高,节能50%以上,高价值的稀有元素,直收率高出约10%~30%,有效的节约宝贵资源,弃渣量减少了约75%~90%,且弃渣为无毒害物可利用的硅铁钙渣,彻底的解决了传统方法中二次环境污染问题。
