Abstract:
The apparatus for automatic loading of men's socks is associated with a machine (2) for finishing said men's socks. The apparatus comprises at least one pair of control templates (11) arranged side by side in a vertical plane and each adapted to receive a men's sock. At a loading station (L), a device (4) for transferring said men's socks from said control templates (11) to said templates (20) of finishing machine (2) is arranged. Said transfer device (4) comprises a first and a second assembly (44) for gripping and transferring the socks, each of which is adapted to operate at a control template (11) of said pair of control templates (11) present in said loading station (L). Said first and second assembly (44) for gripping and transferring the socks are alternately movable between a lowered position below said control templates (11) and a raised position above said templates (20) of the finishing machine (2).

Knitting spirality stabilizer constituted of the main frame and the internal mechanism (removable capsule). The main body of the machine is constituted of the frame (1) in which is placed a circle pattern constituted of two rings, one constant (2) and one removable (3). Circumferentially and symmetrically of the movable ring (3) has been placed a layout that regulates the operation diameter according to the fabric. It is constituted of independent rests (4), which can be height regulated (5) and can be stabilized in the desirable location by using pins (6). Lengthwise of the vertical surface of rests, magnets have been placed (7), which have been covered with Teflon. There are turn wheels on the rests (10) with coating made from soft material so that is performed smooth fabric rolling without wears. Inside the frame it is found the internal mechanism (9) that is constituted of foldable frame (11) and pins (6) for the initial placement. On the foldable frame edges (11) rests have been placed (12) that correspond to those on the external movable ring, that respectively have their own turn wheels (10) with coating made from soft material and magnets (8) with opposite polarity to create magnetic field and flexible metal stripes (13) that are used as drivers during the fabric passage.

Die Vorrichtung zum Spreizen eines schlauchförmigen textilen Werkstücks (7) während dessen Veredelung umfasst zwei Spreizringe (5), an denen Magnete (21) befestigt sind. Je paarweise angeordnete Halterollen (13) halten die Spreizringe (5) an der vorgegebenen Stelle. Die Spreizringe (5) können durch zwischen den Halterollen (13) angeordnete starke Magnete an die Halterollen (13) herangezogen werden.

A stretcher for tubular knitwear fabric comprising: two arms (5, 6), the driving wheels (7a, 7b), the wheels (10, 11) with inclined axis (12), the rings (8) mounted on the arms (5, 6) and the magnets (17, 18), said magnets attracting said arms (5, 6), respectively, such that the rings (8) remain offset from the inclined wheels (10, 11) and attracted against the driving wheels (7a, 7b).

There is disclosed a composite sock which consists of an inner stretchable fabric envelope, a bag-like barrier component which is liquid water impermeable, and water vapour permeable, and a second or outer stretchable fabric envelope, the inner envelope being attached to the barrier component, the barrier component being attached to the outer envelope, the arrangement being such as to allow circumferential stretching of the composite sock, characterised in that the inner stretchable fabric envelope or the outer stretchable fabric envelope or both is a circular knitted sock, the composite sock has elastic properties such that it can be stretched at least in the X direction to at least 50 % extension.

The apparatus comprises at least a pair of control templates (11 ) arranged side by side in a vertical plane and adapted each to receive a men's sock at a control station (C) where said control templates (11) are arranged in a plane frontal with respect to the workstation. A handling means (12) adapted to alternately move the control templates (11) from said control station (C) to a loading station (L) of said men's socks on said finishing machine (2) is associated with said pair of control templates (11 ) placed side by side.

An apparatus (10) suitable for steam setting and finishing textile articles carried by forms (19), comprising first and second shell members (11, 12) having facing inner surfaces (13, 14) defining a flat steam chamber (18), in which at least one of the shell members (11, 12) is movably supported between a retracted and an advanced position to open and close the steam chamber connectable to a steam source, to reduce the heat losses and consumption of thermal energy, in which both shell members (11, 12) are integrally manufactured with a non-metal thermally-insulating material.
