Gypsum panels, sheathing systems, and methods of making and using the same are provided. A gypsum panel includes a gypsum core associated with a first fiberglass mat having a continuous barrier coating, the coating penetrating a portion of the first fiberglass mat opposite the gypsum core, wherein gypsum penetrates a remaining fibrous portion of the first fiberglass mat such that voids in the first fiberglass mat are substantially eliminated. A building sheathing system includes at least two gypsum panels and a seaming component to provide a seam at an interface between the gypsum panels.

The present invention relates to a hybrid wall panel structure for an assembly-type bath. More particularly, the hybrid wall panel structure according to the present invention may be lightweight and have a desired predetermined strength so that the hybrid wall panel structure can be easily carried and assembled. Also, when compared to an existing wall tile pressing method and a composite panel having a tile attached to a CRC panel according to a related art, the hybrid wall panel structure may have superior construction quality and be quickly constructed in one day. Furthermore, the hybrid wall panel may be recycled so as to be environmentally-friendly. Also, the hybrid wall panel structure for an assembly-type bath according to the present invention may be used to widely integrate various finishing materials except for the tile, that is, materials such as HPMs, PVC sheet papers, ABS sheet papers, imitation marble, real marble, and the like. Also, although it is difficult to process an existing wall panel at construction sites because of a tile and iron frame structure, the hybrid wall panel structure for an assembly-type bath according to the present invention may have superior site processability as a PVC foam core material. Also, due to the light weight of the panel, the manufacturing, installation, and quality thereof may be improved, and onsite labor may be reduced. Thus, the hybrid wall panel structure may be constructed in one day and integrated with new construction methods to create more jobs than in developed countries.

The present invention relates to a method for waterproof construction using a heat-blocking material for paint-film waterproofing and using a fiber sheet manufactured using a stitch bonding technique, and more particularly, to a method for waterproof construction using a fiber sheet manufactured using a nonwoven stitch bonding technique based on the principle of knitting, which has good workability and adhesiveness due to the use of a fiber sheet which prevents the formation of gas bubbles in a paint-film layer, which does not stretch, and which is easily restored so as to improve the tensile strength of a waterproof layer.
