The present disclosure relates to an apparatus (1) for forming a mould cavity (4) to form a wall section (2) of a cast-in-place wall. The apparatus (1) includes a plurality of forming plates (5-n) for forming a support wall (6) which defines at least one wall of the mould cavity (4). A support assembly (7) is provided for supporting the forming plates (5-n). The forming plates (5-n) are configured to be assembled into a first row (R 1 ) for forming the mould cavity (4) for a first concrete pouring operation. The forming plates (5-n) are configured to be assembled into a second row (R2) forming the mould cavity (4) for a second concrete pouring operation. The present disclosure relates to a corresponding method of forming a wall section (2) of a cast-in-place wall.

Conjunto de anclaje para un encofrado vertical, comprendiendo dicho conjunto de anclaje un elemento de anclaje delantero (4), y un tirante (6) que comprende un primer extremo (61) que se aloja en dicho elemento de anclaje delantero (4). El elemento de anclaje delantero (4) y el primer extremo (61) del tirante (6) estando configurados para fijar dicho elemento de anclaje delantero (4) en distintas posiciones axiales del primer extremo (61) del tirante (6), de modo que cuando el tirante (6) se dispone en una posición angular de ajuste puede desplazarse axialmente con respecto al anclaje delantero (4), y cuando el tirante se dispone en una posición angular de fijación el tirante (6) no puede desplazarse axialmente respecto al anclaje delantero (4). El elemento de anclaje delantero comprende también (4) medios de bloqueo configurados para bloquear el giro del tirante (6) cuando se dispone en la posición angular de fijación.

This disclosure relates to a formwork element and a formwork assembly, that can be used to mould upwardly extending building features such as columns or walls that extend between adjacent floor slabs. In one fonn, the fonnwork assembly comprises at least two surface fonning elements, wherein each surface forming element comprises a casting surface and a pair of lengthwise extending parallel edges. In use, the surface forming elements are stacked by abutting along these edges, and each of these edges comprises a means for interlocking the surface forming elements with respect to each other so that the resulting formwork assembly forms a single, continuous casting surface.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Raumzelle (1) in monolithischer Bauweise mit einer Außenschalung (6) und einer in die Außenschalung (6) einsetzbaren Innenschalung (7), die eine Bodenplatte (8, 9, 10) und mehrere mit der Bodenplatte (8, 9. 10) lösbar verbundene Wandsegmente (20, 21, 27) aufweist. Die Innenschalung (7) enthält eine auf der Bodenplatte (8. 9, 10) befestigte zentrale Mittelstütze (11), an der Verstrebungen (22, 23, 24, 25) zur Abstützung der Bodenplatte (8, 9, 10) und der Wandsegmente (20, 21, 27) angeordnet sind.

A sideform assembly (9) includes a sideform (11) defining an attaching formation (13', 14') on an operatively rear wall (12). A mounting bracket assembly (10) comprises a connector plate (16) for supporting the sideform (11) and includes an engaging component (21) for engaging the attaching formation (13', 14') of the sideform (11). A mounting member (18) is carried by the connector plate (16) for mounting the connector plate (16) to a substrate.

The preferred embodiment of the formwork apparatus (1) includes a panel (2) defining an interior side (3) for containment of a pourable substance, for example concrete (4). At least two panels are placed opposite each other and concrete (4) is poured into the space between the two panels. The panel (2) also defines an exterior side (5) having a peripheral region 6 and a central region (7). The majority of the pieces that collectively constitute the preferred embodiment, are manufactured from a strong workable material such as steel. The formwork apparatus (1) also includes a brace (8) being connectable to the peripheral and central regions (6) and (7) such that, in use, a first force having a component (10) directed toward the interior side (3) is applied by the brace (8) to the panel (2) within the central region (7), as best shown in figures (4) and (5). The brace (8) also applies a second force having a component (12) directed toward the exterior side (5) of the panel (2) within the peripheral region (6), as best shown in figures (3) and (6). This allows a user to apply force to the panel (2) to counter any bulging of the panel (2) due to the weight of the pourable substance being contained thereby. Each of the panels (30) and (31) define first and second panel edges (32) and (33) respectively which define a plurality of first panel apertures (34) and (35) disposed adjacent the panel edges (32) and (33). Placement of the two panel edges (32) and (33) adjacent each other defines two parallel rows of first and second panel apertures (34) and (35), with a substantially constant separation distance (39) being defined between respective first and second panel apertures (34) and (35). A connection plate (36) has first and second connection plate apertures (37) and (38), which are separated by the applicable separation distance (39). This allows for alignment of the connection plate (36) such that the first connection plate apertures (37) and (38) are aligned with selected panel apertures (34) and (35). Fasteners (43) are insertable through the connection plate apertures (37) and (38) and through the selected panel apertures (34) and (35) so as to affix the connection plate (36) to the second panel (31). Hence, the first panel (30) is effectively affixed to the second panel (31) via the connecting plate (36).

La presente invención está referida a una estructura de panel: suplementario con bastidor ajustable como elemento auxiliar para el colado de construcciones de concreto; caracterizado por comprender un bastidor con cavidades, orificios y costillas perimetrales, adaptados para recibir medios de fijación con otros bastidores adjuntos; dicho bastidor estando dividido centralmente en sus lados cortos, generando dos mitades; cada sección lateral de cada mitad comprendiendo una pluralidad de travesaños de refuerzo y ensamble unido perpendicularmente de una mayor longitud que las mitades de los lados cortos, adaptados para recibir una cubierta denominada cara de contacto que cubrirá el ancho deseado del panel; dichos travesaños de una mitad estando ligeramente desfasados en altura con respecto a los de la mitad puesta para permitir un traslape con deslizamiento guiado y controlado en sentido longitudinal para variar el ancho del bastidor en un rango de ancho dado, y con orificios o ranuras para la inserción de medios de fijación; unas secciones de ajuste del bastidor que consisten en secciones del mismo bastidor, se fijan a los extremos de ambas mitades de los lados cortos superior e inferior a través de medios de fijación, complementando los espacios vacíos de los lados cortos del bastidor.

The method includes installing the removable panel (16) on a foundation (14). The wall panel (16) is plumbed vertically and leveled horizontally. A bonding agent (33) is placed on the bottom and at one end of each block (12) and the blocks are placed in courses to form the wall (10).

A universal reusable system (10) is provided for molding concrete or other settable fluids for use in building construction. In the subject system, apertured composite plastic panels (12, 12') and frames, prestressed by the presence of an array of removable and interchangeable oversized plastic plugs (92), are positioned and held in place by a framing system which utilizes a combination of apertured strips (18, 22) used as base guides and both vertical and horizontal channels (14, 16), as well as dowels and plugs (62, 72). The use of apertured panels (12) and framing system provides for a reusable assembly whose dimensions can be readily set on site for each application and whose rectilinearity is maintained either by the dowel-aperture combination or by a combination of oversized plugs (92) in adjacent members to be joined and connectors (60, 70) therebetween.
