    摘要: A container washing system may include a wash system, a drying system, and a conveying system. The conveying system may include a series of rollers to provide a path for a container to pass through the wash system and the drying system. The wash system and drying system may be housed in a containment structure, which may be mounted to a trailer thereby allowing the container washing system to be portable. The wash system may include one or more water jets for spraying water at a container carried by the conveying system, and the drying system may include one or more air nozzles for directing moving air at the container carried by the conveying system. The conveying system may be motorized to automatically convey the container through the wash system and the drying system. The water may be reclaimed, filtered, and recirculated through the wash system.

    摘要: 本发明涉及机械清洗技术领域的小尺寸盖板清洗机及其清洗方法,包括机架和控制箱,机架上依次设置入料口、第一风切室、第一清洗区、第二风切室、第二清洗区、第三风切室、第三清洗区、第四清洗区、第五清洗区、第四风切室、出料口,机架上还设置有传送机构和供水的水箱。待清洗的盖板在进入设备后依次进行多次去离子水清洗和烘干后,再进行更高纯度的去离子水清洗和纯水清洗,最后经第四风切室干燥从出料口取出。盖板经过过滤精度越来越高的去离子水清洗可有效洗去大部分杂质,并节约清洗的用水成本;第四风切室四组干燥风刀的数量及其角度的设置保证盖板在到达出料口时完全干燥,达到清洗要求。
