摘要: A container washing system may include a wash system, a drying system, and a conveying system. The conveying system may include a series of rollers to provide a path for a container to pass through the wash system and the drying system. The wash system and drying system may be housed in a containment structure, which may be mounted to a trailer thereby allowing the container washing system to be portable. The wash system may include one or more water jets for spraying water at a container carried by the conveying system, and the drying system may include one or more air nozzles for directing moving air at the container carried by the conveying system. The conveying system may be motorized to automatically convey the container through the wash system and the drying system. The water may be reclaimed, filtered, and recirculated through the wash system.

摘要: The present invention is an evaporator comprising a plate holder arranged for rigidly holding a multiwell plate such that the horizontal upper surface thereof is vertically positioned at a desired level; at least one gas heating and injecting manifold arranged above the plate holder and having at least one injection nozzle positionable approximately at said desired level; each nozzle being adapted to inject inert drying gas into a corresponding well of the multiwell plate; and one or more heating elements arranged to warm the inert drying gas upstream of its injection into said wells; wherein at least one heating element is a heat sink integrated into said at least one manifolds. The invention also includes a method of evaporating a solvent wherein inert gas which is pre-heated by aid of one or more heat sinks is used.
