    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to systems and methods for intelligently staging, capturing, and facilitating real estate negotiations. In one example aspect, a proposal may be submitted by a first party. The proposal may be locked to capture the state of the proposal terms at that point in time. The proposal may also be cloned, wherein the cloned proposal may be editable by a second party. The system may provide intelligent suggestions to include in the counter-proposal to the second party based on historical transactional data related to the first party, property characteristics, and/or current market data. The intelligent suggestions may be approved and integrated into the cloned proposal. Once the cloned proposal is updated accordingly, the cloned proposal with the updated terms may become a counter-proposal that is then transmitted back to the first party. The system may then receive an acceptance or rejection indication from the first party.

    Abstract: Technology is disclosed for controlling the processing of electronic communications on computing devices. An electronic communication is processed to determine mentions in the message body indicating recipients of the communication. A point-of-view (POV) is determined for each mention, with respect to recipient(s), as second-person or third-person POV. The communication is parsed into sections, and the mentions that are associated with each section are determined. Based on the POV for a mention associated with a section, it is determined that the section is directed to the recipient(s) indicated by the mention, if the POV of the mention is second-person POV, or the section is relevant to the recipient(s) indicated by the mention, if the POV of the mention is third-person POV. Additionally, an enhanced communication data is generated indicating the sections and corresponding POVs of mentions associated with the sections, and used to provide a personalized computing experience to users.

    Abstract: A computer-implemented method for implementing a map calendar graphical user interface (GUI) including content-variable view levels is described herein. The method includes executing a map calendar application to provide a map calendar GUI surfaced on a display. The map calendar GUI includes interactive visualizations of a map calendar that are organized into content-variable view levels that relate to specific units of time. The method also includes displaying, via the surfaced map calendar GUI, interactive visualizations of different content-variable view levels such that non-level-specific calendar content items are displayed with respect to all content-variable view levels that encompass the time fragments corresponding to the non-level-specific calendar content items, while level-specific calendar content items are only displayed with respect to one or more content-variable view levels to which the level-specific calendar content items have been specifically linked, as determined by one or more user inputs.

    Abstract: Methods, computer systems, computer-storage media, and graphical user interfaces are provided for facilitating message composition, according to embodiments of the present invention. In one embodiment, message data associated with a message being composed is obtained. The message data is analyzed to determine a message type indicating a type of message and a message context representation representing a context provided within the message being composed. Context representations representing expected contexts associated with the message type of the message are identified. Thereafter, an absent context missing in the message being composed is determined based on a comparison of the message context representation with the set of context representations. A recommendation related to the absent context can be provided, for example, for display via a user interface.

In embodiments, an indication to merge a first folder associated with a first entity with a second folder associated with a second entity is received. Based on the indication to merge, a group folder associated with the first entity and the second entity is generated. A representation of the group folder is provided for presentation via a navigation pane of the messaging application. A selection of the representation of the group folder can cause execution of a search query in association with an index of messages to obtain messages associated with the first entity and/or the second entity.
