    摘要: An apparatus for wireless communication is disclosed. The apparatus may include, among other things, a first logical channel packet (LCP) module and a second LCP module. The first LCP module may dequeue a first slice of a first LCP from a first logical channel (LC) queue until a first threshold condition is met. The first LCP module may send a first LCP indicator to an LCP priority queue when the first slice of the first LCP does not include an entirety of the first LCP. The first LCP indicator may indicate a first remaining slice of the first LCP. The second LCP module dequeue a first slice of a second LCP from a second LC queue until a second threshold condition is met. The first LCP module may dequeue a second slice of the first LCP from the second LC queue until a third threshold condition is met.

Such methods include estimating processing resources needed, during a subsequent second duration, for PHY communications in one or more cells of the wireless network, based on: a first transmission timing configuration for the one or more cells, current workload of radio units, RUs, serving the one or more cells, and information about user data traffic scheduled for transmission or reception in the one or more cells during a first duration. The first duration can precede the second duration by at least a scheduling delay associated with the processing resources. Such methods include sending, to a resource management function, a request for the estimated processing resources during the second duration. Other embodiments include processing systems, wireless networks, PHY task resource schedulers (TRS), computer-readable media, and computer program products embodying such methods.

The techniques may also include allocating the second amount of bandwidth of the physical underlay of the network for the data flows associated with the application.

The method comprises identifying that a service is currently associated with a user device associated with the communication network, wherein a deviation between a latency requirement of the service and an internal latency performance of the communication network is bounded, predicting an upcoming reduction of communication network throughput for the user device, and providing a rate adaptor associated with the service with a feedback indication in response to predicting the reduction of communication network throughput, wherein the feedback indication is for rate reduction of the service.     摘要: Systems and methods related to harvesting of the unused resources in a distributed computing system are described. An example method, in a system including a host server, having a first instruction set architecture (ISA), and an interface card, having a second ISA is provided. The method includes designating at least one type of resource, associated with the host server for harvesting by compute entities configured for execution using the processor having the second ISA, where the host server is configured to execute compute entities requiring execution by the processor having the first ISA. The method further includes in response to a request for accessing the at least one type of resource by a compute entity, executing on the processor having the second ISA, automatically allowing the compute entity to access the at least one type of resource associated with the host server.
