摘要： An additive delivery device for imparting a carrier vapor into a flowing liquid and methods of operations. The device comprising a housing including an endcap having an aperture, a bottom portion including a fluid transport tube, and a Venturi ejector in-line therebetween. A first tube extending into the housing interior is connected to the Venturi ejector, and a second tube extends within the interior to the exterior, establishing communication with atmospheric air outside of the device. A volatile fluid within the device interior fills a portion of the interior, such that the volatile fluid does not enter the first tube. The volatile fluid produces carrier vapors upon establishment of a pressure differential within the Venturi ejector and the housing interior, and the carrier vapors are capable of entering a flowing liquid between a fluid ingress and a fluid egress as a function of flow rate to a fluid delivery port.

摘要： An adapter for connecting one or more storage containers with a syringe is described. The adapter includes a first port that provide a connection with a first container volume, a second port that provides a connection with a second container volume, a third port that provides a connection to a syringe. The adapter further includes a mixing channel extending from a first end in fluid communication with the third port to a second end. The mixing channel includes a tortuous path along at least a portion of its length. The mixing channel enables two constituents of a pharmaceutical complex to be mixed through the mixing channel to form the pharmaceutical complex. Also disclosed is a system including such an adapter, a method of mixing two constituents of a pharmaceutical complex via such an adapter and a method of manufacturing such an adapter.

摘要： A system for preparing a medicament for use by a medicament user includes a proportioning machine with a controller and pumping and clamping actuators to engage a fluid circuit having pumping and clamping portions that engage with respective actuators of the proportioning machine. The fluid circuit includes a mixing container that is initially empty and later filled with two different concentrated medicaments from different concentrate containers and with purified water. The proportioning machine is configured to receive purified water and to mix it with the concentrated medicaments to produce a medicament and to output the medicament to a medicament consumer in such a way that to the medicament consumer the medicament appears to be provided from a bag of medicament. Custom mini batches of medicament may be produced by varying the amount of the concentrates and water.

摘要： A wipe dispenser for use in metering out consistent doses of a composition onto a disposable wipe includes a mixing and dispensing assembly. The assembly has a vessel holding a first liquid for the composition and a first pump to convey the first liquid. A bottle having a second pump to convey a second liquid of the composition is stored within the bottle. A funnel arrangement is in downstream communication with the first pump and second pump. The funnel arrangement includes a mixing chamber for mixing the first and second liquids and a dispensing funnel in communication with and downstream of the mixing chamber. A wipe can be pulled through the dispensing funnel and wetted with a mixture of the first liquid and second liquid from the mixing chamber. A push bar attached to the funnel arrangement can selectively apply the force to actuate the first pump and second pump.
