Abstract: Fügewerkzeugeinheit (2), wobei die Fügewerkzeugeinheit einen Niederhalter (6), ein bewegbares Werkzeug (7), ein Werkzeuggegenelement (4), eine Antriebseinheit (8), eine Lichtquelle (10) und eine Kontrolleinheit (40) aufweist, wobei der Niederhalter und das bewegbare Werkzeug gegenüberliegend zum Werkzeuggegenelement vorhanden sind, wobei durch die Antriebseinheit der Niederhalter in Richtung Werkzeuggegenelement bewegbar ist, wobei die Fügewerkzeugeinheit ausgebildet ist, ein an die Fügewerkzeugeinheit angeordnetes Werkstück (25) durch eine Bewegung des bewegbaren Werkzeugs relativ zum Werkzeuggegenelement zu fügen, wobei die Kontrolleinheit dazu ausgebildet ist, die Antriebseinheit zu steuern und/oder zu regeln, wobei die Kontrolleinheit dazu ausgebildet ist, die Lichtquelle zu steuern und/oder zu regeln, wobei die Fügewerkzeugeinheit ausgebildet ist, den Niederhalter bis zu einer Position in Richtung Werkzeuggegenelement zu bewegen, an welcher der Niederhalter und das Werkzeuggegenelement das an die Fügewerkzeugeinheit angeordnete Werkstück berühren, wobei die Fügewerkzeugeinheit ausgebildet ist, eine Bestrahlung oder Beleuchtung einer Fügestelle des Werkstücks mit dem Licht der Lichtquelle zu beginnen, wenn der Niederhalter die Position erreicht hat.

Abstract: Es wird eine Fügewerkzeugeinheit (2) mit einen Niederhalter (6) mit einem bewegbaren Werkzeug (7) und ein Werkzeuggegenelement (4) vorgeschlagen, wobei der Niederhalter (6) mit dem bewegbaren Werkzeug (7) und das Werkzeuggegenelement (4) sich gegenüberliegend vorhanden sind, wobei ein Werkstück (25) im angeordneten Zustand zwischen dem Niederhalter (6) und dem Werkzeuggegenelement (4) positionierbar ist, wobei das bewegbare Werkzeug (7) und das Werkzeuggegenelement (4) zur Ausbildung einer Fügeverbindung zusammenwirken, wobei ein Lichtleitungssystem (9) an dem Niederhalter (6) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Lichtleitungssystem (9) dazu ausgebildet ist, einen Lichtstrahl eines Lichts in Richtung einer Fügestelle des Werkstücks (25) zu leiten, wenn das Werkstück (25) an der Fügewerkzeugeinheit (2) angeordnet ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist entlang einer Strecke des Lichtstrahls des Lichts bis zu einem werkstückseitigen Ende des Niederhalters (6) ein Strömungskanal (38) für ein Fluid definiert, wobei der Strömungskanal (38) einen Einlass (23) und einen ersten Auslass (33) aufweist, wobei der erste Auslass (33) für das Fluid an einem werkstückseitigen Ende des Niederhalters (6) ausgebildet ist, welcher in einem Fügevorgang in Kontakt mit dem Werkstück (25) ist und wobei ein zweiter Auslass (37) des Strömungskanals (38) vorgesehen ist.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for forming a metal component (20), the process comprising the steps of heating a metal blank (20) coated with a protective layer; cooling said metal blank (20) in a confined space (14), said cooling involving cooling by means of a gas, the gas being cooled by heat exchange with a cooling surface of a heat sink (22) inside said confined space (14), wherein a low frequency sound wave is provided into said confined space (14) in order to improve heat exchange both between the gas and a cooling surface of the at least one heat sink (22), and between the gas and the metal component (20), wherein the heated coated blank is cooled to a temperature below the melting point of the protective layer, and forming the coated blank to a component. The invention also relates to a production line for performing the process.
