Provided is a fuel cell system which can be driven as much as possible even during abnormal times. A fuel cell system (11) is provided with: a fuel cell (12), which generates power using electrochemical reaction between a fuel gas and an oxide gas; a battery (21), which accumulates power or supplies power; and a drive motor (13), which is driven by receiving power. The fuel cell system is also provided with: a fuel cell supply path (A), which is provided between the fuel cell (12) and the drive motor (13); a battery power supply path (B), which extends from the battery (21), and is connected to the fuel cell power supply path (A); and a circuit breaking device (15), which is provided on further toward the fuel cell (12) side than a contact point (C) between the fuel cell power supply path (A) and the battery power supply path (B).
