Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening method of a calcium receptor activation compound. SOLUTION: The method for screening a compound which can produce an effect on the activity of a calcium receptor, by using a recombinant cell making a functional calcium receptor expressed. This method comprises processes of providing the cell with the compound and measuring the capacity of the compound producing the effect on one or more activities of the calcium receptor, and the recombinant cell contains a heterogenous nucleic acid making the functional calcium receptor expressed.
