The system further includes a network control plane implementing a second network protocol. The network control plane includes a network platform orchestrator, a network orchestration client, a network resource element, and a plurality of media processing elements. A system further includes a media data plane implementing a third network protocol. The media data plane includes a plurality of media resources. The system further includes a media interchange format configured to provide a unified data format for delivering media according to a format requested from a client device. The first network protocol is different from the second network protocol.
