Method of treating individuals who have or are suspected of having autoimmune disease, inflammatory disease, cell, tissue or organ transplantation, or coronary artery disease, and methods of treating individuals who have or are suspected of having infectious disease, cancer, or who are immunocompromised or undergoing vaccination are disclosed.
