摘要: 本发明提供一种补偿电路,该补偿电路适用于功率放大器,以及,补偿电路包括变容二极管、电压传感器和控制电路。变容二极管耦接于功率放大器的输入端。电压传感器用于检测该功率放大器的输入信号的幅度,以产生检测结果。控制电路耦接于变容二极管和电压传感器,用于根据检测结果控制变容二极管的偏置电压,以调整变容二极管的电容。相应地,本发明还提供了一种补偿方法及放大电路。采用本发明,能够提高功率放大器的线性度。
