    摘要: The paper-like nanocomposite material can be used as capillary-porous elements of evaporative-type air-cooling units. As mineral fibers, glass fibers with a diameter of 0.4 µm are used. These fibers are hydrophilic; they do not swell and have a large specific surface area. As a binder, sodium aluminate and aluminum sulfate are used at a predetermined ratio.
    The material is made on traditional papermaking equipment using casting technique with a specified ratio of the above components.
    The technical result is the obtainment of a paper-like material having high properties in height and time of water rise, moisture capacity and strength. The material is also characterized by thermic, chemical and biological stability, absence of toxicity and zero emission of substances harmful to the human body into the air, resistance of its properties to the effects of mold, fungi and microorganisms in the aquatic environment.

    摘要: A Hybrid journal bearing, which can operate either as hydrodynamic or as electromagnetic, or as hybrid (hydrodynamic and electromagnetic simultaneously), aiming at the exploitation of advantages of both types of bearings, is presented. It is constituted from stator (3), the two lids (2), the internal ring (7), the paramagnetic parts of the internal ring (13), the inductors (4) and the lubricant pipe (1). Also, sensors (6) are added, so that it is possible to monitor the place of the rotor (5) each moment, in order to control the pressure of the lubricant and to control the current of the inductors, by the controller. This invention, can be applied in experimental level and also in industrial applications, such as in turbine vacuum machines and in energy production, in natural gas compressors, in plants of electric power production or in aeronautics applications, where the need of continuous operation of the machines for a long time in high revolutions (> 20.000RPM), or in low revolutions in waiting situation, as well as in thrust systems of boats, is necessary.

The invention also describes a method of constructing buildings using prefabricated components, which can be placed by crane into slots which are either integrated, during manufacture in some of the prefabricated metal panels, or formed by the columns and beams in the corners of the building and its interior spaces.
