    摘要: A return pipe is constituted by assembling a pair of return pipe halves split along a non-load passage. A pipe hold down member is fixed to a nut member so as to straddle the return pipe, fixing the return pipe to the nut member. A flange is formed on each of the return pipe half bodies, while a pair of fixing leg portions covering the flange of each return pipe half is formed on the pipe hold down member. Fastening members penetrate through the fixing leg portions of the pipe hold down member and the flanges of the return pipe halves and are fastened to the nut member. When the fixing leg portions are fixed to the nut member by the fastening members, an engagement portion of the pipe hold down member tightens the pair of the return pipe halves in the direction where split faces of the halves are butted against each other.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a linear guide device and a track rail for the linear guide device capable of eliminating the need of finishing for securing the parallelism of the rolling surfaces for rolling elements when the plurality of rail members on which the rolling surfaces for the rolling elements are formed are fixed to a rail housing, maximizing the production efficiency of the track rail, and reducing production cost. The track rail comprises the pair of rail members on which the rolling surfaces for the rolling elements are formed and the rail housing having a pair of rail mounting grooves to which the rail members are fitted. The rail members are fixed to the insides of the rail mounting grooves through an adhesive agent. A reference projection in contact with the rail member is formed at the bottom part of one rail mounting groove without disposing the adhesive agent therebetween, and the rail member fitted to the rail mounting groove is fixedly adhered to the rail mounting groove in an abutted state on the reference projection. Also, the rail member fitted to the other rail mounting groove is fixedly adhered to the rail mounting groove at a position apart a specified distance from the reference projection.
