    摘要: An intermittent urethra self-retaining catheter set 10 comprises a catheter unit 1, a disinfectant casing 2, and a cap 3. The catheter unit 1 includes a catheter body 11 having an urine-guiding passage 111 and a water-guiding passage 112 that extend along a longitudinal direction and are separated from each other, a balloon 12 attached to a distal end of the catheter body 11 in an inflatable manner and communicated to the water-guiding passage 112, an elastic plug 13 attached to an intermediate portion of the catheter body 11, a branched tube 14 branched from the catheter body 11 above the elastic plug 13 and communicated to the water-guiding passage 112, a reservoir 16 attached to a free end of the branched tube 14 in a collapsible manner for storing a sterilized water 15, an on-off valve 17 attached to an intermediate portion of the branched tube 14, and a reinforcement tube 18 inserted into an upper interior of the urine-guiding passage 111 in the catheter body 11. The disinfectant casing 2 is detachably fitted on the elastic plug in a sealing manner for containing a lower part of the catheter body 11 below the elastic plug 13 and for storing a disinfectant liquid 21. The cap 3 is detachably fitted on a top portion of the catheter body 11 for opening and closing an outlet port 311. The on-off valve 17 is adapted to open and close a passage in which the sterilized water 15 flows between the reservoir 16 and the balloon 12.

    摘要: An intermittent urethra-indwelling catheter set (10) comprises a catheter unit (1), a sterilization case (2), and a cap (3). The catheter unit (1) has a catheter main body (11), a balloon (12) expansibly and contractably installed on the tip portion of the catheter main body (11), and a reinforcement tube (18) inserted in an upper inner cavity of a urine guide path (111) of the catheter main body (11). The cap (3) is removably fitted on the upper portion of the catheter main body (11), and opens and closes a discharge opening. Problems that insertion into a urethra is difficult because of flexibility of a catheter main body, and attachment and removal of the cap (3) require force on fingertips and skillfulness are solved, and a user with weak and declined strength can more simply and easily use the set.

    摘要: A diagnosis catheter 1 for an interstitial cystitis is connected to a current perception threshold inspection apparatus 4 to diagnose an interstitial cystitis. A catheter body 11 is made of a soft flexible material and includes a bladder-dwelling distal end section A and a diagnosis section B adjacent the distal end section A at a proximal end side of the body 11. A core member 12 is made of a hard flexible material and is inserted into the diagnosis section B in the catheter body 11. An inflatable balloon 13 is mounted on an outer periphery around the bladder-dwelling distal end section A of the catheter body 11. A pair of electrodes are provided on an outer periphery of the diagnosis section B. Lead wires 15 are inserted into the core member 12 so that first ends of the lead wires 15 are connected to the electrodes 14 and second ends of the lead wires 15 are drawn out of a proximal end of the catheter body 11 to be connected to the current perception threshold inspection apparatus 4. A fluid supply passage 16 is provided in the catheter body 11 so that an end of the passage 16 is communicated to the balloon 13 and a proximal end of the passage 16 is communicated to an injection part 17.
