摘要: The present invention discloses a PBAT resin composition comprising following components: (a) poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate); (b) iron element; wherein, based on a total weight of the PBAT resin composition, a weight content of the iron element is 1ppm-500ppm. By adding iron-containing compounds into the composition and controlling the content of the iron element in a range of 1ppm-500ppm in the composition, a speed of reaction of aromatic structure in the PBAT resin under a hot and humid condition can be postponed, so that after the prepared PBAT resin composition is aged in boiling water for 24 hours and 48 hours, a variation of b-value is less than 2. The PBAT resin composition has obviously improved color stability in resistance to boiling water aging.

摘要: The present invention discloses a biodegradable polyester composition, wherein based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of a cyclic ester compound having a structure shown as formula (I) is 100ppm-950ppm;
and based on the total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of cyclopentanone is 0.5ppm-85ppm. In the present invention, by adding the cyclic ester compound and cyclopentanone into the composition and controlling the content of the cyclic ester compound and the content of cyclopentanone in a certain range in the composition, an anti-thermal oxidative aging property of the biodegradable polyester composition can be greatly improved. Besides, after being digested with 95% ethanol at 40°C for 240 hours, a film prepared by blow molding or a part prepared by injection molding has little precipitate separating out of the surface and has an excellent surface appearance property. In addition, the lubrication degree of film during the blow molding process of the biodegradable polyester can be improved. When the velocity of film blowing is 176 Kg/h, a range of a film thickness is less than 0.2µm and a relative deviation of the film thickness is less than 1%. 摘要: The present invention discloses a polylactic acid composite and use thereof. The polylactic acid composite includes the following components: (A) 89 to 98 parts by weight of polylactic acid; (B) 1 to 4 parts by weight of talcum powder; and (C) 1 to 7 parts by weight of a plasticizer. In the component (A), the polylactic acid has a polydispersity index P satisfying the following relationship: 1.55≤P≤2.02. In the component (B), the talcum powder has a particle size D (50) satisfying: 1µm≤D (50) ≤2.6µm. In the component (C), the plasticizer has a relative molecular weight M satisfying: 180≤M≤670. Through research, the present invention has unexpectedly discovered that by using the polylactic acid having the polydispersity index P satisfying the relationship 1.55≤P≤2.02 as a matrix, adding a specific range of content of ultrafine talcum powder as a nucleating agent, and selecting the plasticizer of a specific molecular weight as a crystallization promotion agent, the prepared polylactic acid composite has a light transmittance T≥80%, a haze H≤40%, and a heat deflection temperature HDT≥90°C, having significantly improved heat resistance and transparency.

摘要: The present invention discloses a biodegradable polyester composition, wherein based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of tetrahydrofuran is 3ppm-200ppm; and based on the total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of cyclopentanone is 0.5ppm-85ppm. In the present invention, by adding tetrahydrofuran and cyclopentanone into the composition and controlling the content of tetrahydrofuran and the content of cyclopentanone in a certain range in the composition, poor printing of the biodegradable polyester composition during the printing process can be hugely improved, neither the ink stripping off the film material, nor excessive ink adhering to the film material, so that the film shows excellent printing performance. Moreover, a lubrication degree of a film of biodegradable polyester during a blow molding process can be improved. When a velocity of film blowing is 176 Kg/h, a range of a film thickness is less than 0.2µm and a relative deviation of the film thickness is less than 1%. Bubble stability and continuity of film blowing are guaranteed.

摘要: Disclosed is a biodegradable polyester composition, comprising the following components in percentage by weight: i) 58-80 parts of aliphatic-aromatic copolyester; ii) 20-32 parts of starch; and iii) 0-10 parts of processing assistant agents. According to the present invention, it can be unexpectedly found during studies that the aliphatic-aromatic copolyester in which the aromatic carboxylic acid is 44 mol%-48 mol% as the total amount of diacid is used as a base resin, the crystalline peak width D of the aliphatic-aromatic copolyester is 5°C-6°C, and the starch having the particle size D(50) of 2 µm-12 µm is used as another phase; meanwhile, a processing assistant agent having the particular content is added, the polyester composition obtained by preparing has excellent transverse and longitudinal tear strength, meets industrial compost, and has more than 90% of biodegradation rate in a 12-week degradation test process.
