摘要: Provided is a sealing structure that allows for formation of a side lip, as well as a labyrinth structure between an oil seal and a torsional vibration damper, even when a reinforcing ring has a short inward flange part. The sealing body 120 includes a side lip 124 extending from near a distal end of an inward flange part 112 of the reinforcing ring 110 radially inward and further toward an air side (A) than a dust lip 122 to a position not as far as the outer circumferential surface of a tubular part 210. The tubular part 210 includes a small-diameter part 211 on which the dust lip 122 slides, and a large-diameter part 212 on the air side (A). The large-diameter part 212 has a tapered surface 212a formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof that reduces in diameter toward the air side (A). An annular gap S is formed between this tapered surface 212a and an inner circumferential surface of the side lip 124.

摘要: To provide a sealing structure with a torsional damper and an oil seal that can reduce exposure of a seal lip of the oil seal to foreign matter entering from around the torsional damper. A sealing structure (1) with a torsional damper and an oil seal includes a damper pulley (10) serving as a torsional damper and an oil seal (20). The damper pulley (10) has an annular hub pocket (30) that is recessed in the outer side direction and extends in the circumferential direction along a boss part (14) of a hub (11). The oil seal (20) includes a side lip (29) that extends toward the outer side. An outer circumferential surface (31) of the hub pocket (30) increases in a diameter toward the outer side, the side lip (29) of the oil seal (20) does not enter inside the hub pocket (30), and an annular gap (g1) is formed between an outer side end (29a) of the side lip (29) and an inner side end (31a) of the outer circumferential surface (31) of the hub pocket (30).

摘要: A process for producing gaskets by curing a liquid molding material applied over a plate by a dispenser, wherein in order to improve accuracy in the cross-sectional shape and/or height of the gaskets, the process comprises the steps of: using a dispenser to coat the upper surface of a plate (1) with a liquid molding material, and form a coating layer (20) extending endlessly in a prescribed pattern; and overlapping a molding jig (3) on the plate (1), the molding jig (3) having in a lower surface (3a) a molding groove (31) extending endlessly in a prescribed pattern corresponding to the coating layer (20), correcting the cross-sectional shape of the coating layer (20) to a cross-sectional shape that corresponds to the molding groove (31), and curing the coating layer (20).

The coating step includes forming a main adhesive coated region (31) extending along an extending direction of the cavity (40), partial adhesive coated regions (32) capable of closely contacting the mold (10) outside the cavity (40), and non-adhesive coated regions (33) extending from a position outside the cavity (40) to a position inside the cavity (40).

摘要: The objective of the present invention is to provide a sealing device with which it is possible to improve sealing properties, in particular sealing properties with respect to muddy water, while meeting demands for low torque. In order to achieve this objective, the sealing device of the present invention is configured by combining a lip seal attached to a non-rotating stationary member with a seal flange attached to a rotating member. The lip seal is provided with a lip seal main body including end-surface lips which come into slidable contact with the seal flange, an outward-facing flange portion, and a cylindrical outer peripheral cylinder portion disposed on an outer peripheral side of the stationary member. The seal flange is provided with a seal flange main body with which the end-surface lips come into slidable contact, and an outer peripheral side cylindrical portion disposed further to the outside than the outer peripheral cylinder portion of the lip seal member, without being in contact therewith. Furthermore, a non-contact type labyrinth seal having a prescribed axial-direction length is provided between the outer peripheral cylinder portion of the lip seal and the outer peripheral side cylindrical portion of the seal flange.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a substrate-integrated gasket, said method using screen printing. The method is configured from: a step for forming, on a surface of a substrate (1) by means of screen printing, a coating layer (31) of a paste for forming a gasket; and a step for hardening the coating layer (31) by pressing, at a predetermined height, a coating layer correction member (8) to the coating layer (31). The cross-sectional shape of the coating layer (31) formed on the surface of the substrate (1) is corrected by means of the coating layer correction member (8), and in such state, the coating layer (31) hardens to be a gasket, thereby forming a gasket having a highly accurate cross-sectional shape.

摘要: A hollow fiber carbon membrane is produced by preparing a membrane-forming dope for carbon membranes by dissolving polyphenylene oxide in an amount giving a concentration of 15 to 40 wt.% in the membrane-forming dope, and sulfur in an amount giving a ratio of 0.2 to 3.0 wt.% based on the polyphenylene oxide, in a solvent capable of dissolving these components; preparing the membrane-forming dope for carbon membranes into a hollow shape by means of a spinning method in accordance with a non-solvent induced separation method using a double annular nozzle; performing a crosslinking treatment at 200 to 240°C in the air; then performing an infusibilization treatment by heating at 250 to 350°C; and further performing a carbonization treatment by heating at 450 to 850°C in an inert atmosphere or under vacuum.

摘要: A surface-treating agent for vulcanized rubber, comprising, based on 100 parts by weight, as solid matters, of isocyanate group-containing 1,2-polybutadiene,an organic solvent solution containing 10 to 160 parts by weight of fluororesin particles and 2.5 to 20 parts by weight of a perfluoroalkyl group-containing oligomer-based, fluorine-containing surfactant as a dispersant. The surface-treating agent for vulcanized rubber improves the solution stability of the organic solvent solution, improves the further hardness of the entire coating film formed from the surface-treating agent, abrasion resistance, and product torque evaluation, and is effectively used as, for example, a coating agent for seal lip parts of oil seals.

To achieve this purpose, a gasket is characterized in that a gasket body of only rubber is combined with a carrier film that is made from a resin film to hold the gasket body in a non-adhesive state. A three-dimensional portion having a shape that is deformed along the external shape of the gasket body is provided at a position where the gasket body and a plane of the carrier film overlap, and a portion of the gasket body is contained in the three-dimensional section. The gasket body is used as a gasket for fuel cells incorporated into a fuel cell stack.
