A through cut (10) is arranged between the spacer (12) and the next RFID transponder (100), or between two spacer parts (13a, 13b). The through cut (10) allows the spacer (12) to be bent away from said next RFID transponder (100), or to bent away said two spacer parts (13a, 13b) from each other. Alternatively, the support substrate (11) is made of a flexible and elastic material.

Le procédé de fabrication de ladite étiquette est caractérisé par les étapes suivantes : fixer une première couche conductrice (3) sur une surface principale (10) d'un premier substrat (1); fixer une deuxième couche conductrice (4) sur une surface principale d'un deuxième substrat (2); fixer une puce (5) sur la couche conductrice (3) dudit premier substrat (1); et on le retourne; - placer au moins une couche de résine (6) sur le deuxième substrat (2); - disposer le premier substrat (1) de telle sorte que la puce (5) soit intercalée entre la première couche conductrice (3) dudit premier substrat (1), et une surface opposée à la surface principale dudit deuxième substrat (2), afin de former un ensemble multicouche ; -presser, chauffer et faire un vide d'air dudit ensemble pour permettre à ladite couche de résine de remplir les pores surfaciques des substrats (1,2) et - diminuer la température afin de solidariser ledit ensemble ainsi formé.
