Das 3/2-Wegeventil (13) dient als Vorsteuerventil für eine zwei als 2/2-Wegeventile ausgebildete Hauptventile (11,12) aufweisende Hauptventilanordnung, wobei das Vorsteuerventil (13) das erste der Hauptventile (10) zur Zusteuerung des Fluids auf Hochdruck zur Kolben-Zylinderanordnung (15) in Öffnungsstellung verbringt, wobei das zweite Hauptventil (12), welches eine Verbindung von der Kolben-Zylinderanordnung (15) zu einem Niederdrucktank (28) freigibt, geschlossen ist, und das zweite Hauptventil (12) zum Öffnen ansteuert und das erste (11) in Schließstellung verbringt.

    摘要: A method and system are provided for controlling a pressurized fluid such as nitrogen gas which may be initially stored at a pressure as high as 20,000 psi. A valve assembly is utilized in the method and system and includes an electric proportioning device such as a pneumatic servovalve (14) and a pair of pneumatic, fluidly-coupled valves (16 and 18) which are piloted by the servovalve (14) to regulate the pressure of the pressurized nitrogen gas. In the method and system, the servovalve (14) operates in a closed loop fashion by utilizing feedback from a feedback device such as a pressure transducer (40). A controller (46) in the closed loop is responsive to a pressure signal from the pressure transducer (40) and a preset reference signal to provide an error control signal to the servovalve (14).
