As a result of thermal dilation coefficients of the material of the weigh sensor, the vertical distance between the top and bottom arms is slightly modified with the purpose of adjusting corner load. This makes it possible to carry out fine adjustment of the corner load without having to perform any mechanical operations in the weigh sensor while only using electrical means.

    摘要: The invention concerns a method of separating albumin from serum by ion-exchange chromatography with membrane adsorbers. The method is characterized by high productivity and yields of high-purity albumin to be separated. The method can be used for isolating albumin from human serum. The separation of the albumin is carried out on highly basic anion-exchanger membranes and on highly acidic cation-exchanger membranes. As a result, the albumin fraction can unexpectedly be eluted from the anion-exchanger membrane to be yielded in such a way that it can be applied directly to the cation-exchanger membrane without any special conditioning and the albumin can be extracted therefrom as an end product with a high total yield of at least 84 % and a high degree of purity of at least 97 %.
