    摘要: A novel glycoprotein having (a) a molecular weight of about 60 kDa; and (b) a ratio of carbohydrate content to protein content (carbohydrate:protein) of 16.4:1.0. This glycoprotein can be prepared by: (1) extracting Tricholoma matutake with an alkali solution or hot water; (2) adsorbing the obtained extract by an anion exchange resin; (3) eluting the adsorbed fraction from the anion exchange resin with an eluent; and (4) obtaining a fraction having a molecular weight of 50 to 70 kDa by gel filtration. The above glycoprotein is useful as the active ingredient of immunopotentiators, agents for promoting recovery from loaded stress or antitumor agents.

    摘要: As a polymer composition for electrical wire coating is provided a vinylidene fluoride polymer composition, which has such heat-resistance as to withstand the heat generated from a wire in service and exhibits satisfactory flexibility even after the change with the passage of time. The polymer composition for electrical wire coating comprises a vinylidene fluoride copolymer and a vinylidene fluoride homopolymer. The preferable compounding ratio in the polymer composition is in the range of 20 to 80% by weight of a vinylidene fluoride copolymer and 80 to 20% by weight of a vinylidene fluoride homopolymer. The vinylidene fluoride copolymer is preferably one comprising 95 to 70% by weight of vinylidene fluoride and 5 to 30% by weight of a monomer copolymerizable with vinylidene fluoride.

    摘要: In a process for preparing p-dichlorobenzene by nuclear chlorination of benzene and/or chlorobenzene as the starting material with chlorine molecules, chlorination is carried out using aluminum chloride in an amount of 0.1 - 3 millimols per mol of the starting material and phenothiazines such as 10H-phenothiazine-10-carboxylic acid phenyl ester in an amount of 0.1 - 0.9 mols per mol of aluminum chloride so as to be a chlorination degree in a range of 1.2 - 2.5, by which p-dichlorobenzene can be obtained in a high para-selectivity and a short reaction time.
