    摘要: The invention relates to a spin-die manifold for producing melt-spun filaments, in the case of which liquid plastics material is delivered, via an externally arranged extruder, to at least one pump, which delivers the liquid plastics material to at least one spin pack with a spinning nozzle, wherein at least the pump and the spin pack are heated by a heat-transfer medium which is heated in a boiler. The invention is characterized in that the pump (24), the boiler (25) and an opening (23) for accommodating a spin pack are arranged in a modular subassembly (20), of which one or more can be inserted individually or one behind the other into a frame (2) of a spin-die manifold (1) and fastened there.

    摘要: A poly(phenylene sulfide) fiber containing 1-10% by weight of a poly(phenylene sulfide) oligomer having a weight-average molecular weight of 5,000 or less, having a difference between a cold crystallization heat quantity (ΔHc) and a crystal melting heat quantity (ΔHm) during temperature rising in DSC, ΔHm-ΔHc, of 25 J/g or larger, and having an elongation of less than 40% and a strength of 3.0 cN/dtex or higher. The present invention provides a poly(phenylene sulfide) fiber which has high heat resistance and chemical resistance and which has high strength and, despite this, has excellent suitability for high-order processing, e.g., thermal shapability, because the amorphous parts thereof have high molecular movability.
