In a crimping process of metal fibers between the engaging pairs of gear rollers, the fibers are first embedded in a ductile and coherent matrix material. After applying a permanent crimping wave deformation on this composite, the matrix material is removed. The crimped fibers can subsequently be transformed to a metal fiber web. They can also easily be blended with textile fibers in order to form, e.g., antistatic blended yarn.

Le beton est un exemple typique d'un telle matrice. Le principe de l'invention est illustre comme suit a la figure 1: les rouleaux (1, 1') entrainent le fil (2) depuis la bobine (3) jusqu'a un dispositif de coupe 10 comportant un couteau fixe (7) et un ou plusieurs couteaux rotatifs (8, 15), dispositif dans lequel le fil est decoupe en fibres (12) qui sont ensuite dispersees a grande vitesse sur la surface du beton et sont noyes dans le materiau formant matrice. Cette invention presente l'avantage de permettre au fabricant de beton l'utilisation de fil livre sur bobine ou sur un dispositif de distribution de type similaire et, grace au dispositif selon l'invention, d'ajouter au beton des fibres plus longues qu'avec les autres dispositifs tout en conservant une distribution plus precise.

In order to prevent the powder being affected by the heat of the welding. the amount of powder introduced is such that it only partially filis the closed tube at the welding stage. A subsequent size reduction of the tube causes the powder to become firmly packed, to prevent its movement along the tube.

The present disclosure provides a production process of a medium-strength high-conductivity aluminum alloy monofilament and an aluminum alloy monofilament thereof, and relates to the technical field of aluminum alloy materials. The production process comprises the following steps: providing an aluminum alloy rod; drawing the aluminum alloy rod to obtain alloy monofilaments, and performing pre-aging treatment on the alloy monofilaments at 100 to 150°C during the drawing process; and performing artificial aging treatment on the alloy monofilaments to obtain the medium-strength high-conductivity aluminum alloy monofilaments. The present disclosure further provides an aluminum alloy monofilament. The aluminum alloy monofilament obtained through the production process of the medium-strength high-conductivity aluminum alloy monofilament provided in the present disclosure has a strength higher than or equal to 270 MPa, an electrical conductivity higher than or equal to 59% IACS, and an elongation greater than or equal to 5%.
