摘要： The invention relates to a facet joint implant comprising two components that can be applied in the region of a facet contact surface to the outer surface of a facet and an assembling means by which the two components are interconnected via a channel in a facet or in two adjacent facets. The aim of the invention is to facilitate the placement of the implant. In order to achieve said aim, the invention provides that the assembling means is configured as a flexible thread that braces the two components in relation to each other such that the components are pressed against the outer surface of the facet on which they are resting.

摘要： The invention relates to a screwdriver for bone screws, with a grip part and, fixed in rotation thereon, a shaft whose free end has a non-circular cross section and can be inserted with a form fit into a non-circular receiving aperture in the head of a bone screw. At least one spreading element is mounted in the shaft so as to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction and, during its displacement in the longitudinal direction, it slides along a slide surface in the area of the free end of the shaft in such a way that it protrudes laterally beyond the contour of the shaft. In order to make actuation of the at least one spreading element easier, the invention proposes that the at least one spreading element is pretensioned by means of an elastic spring element in the direction of the free end of the shaft and can be drawn back in the shaft, counter to the action of the spring element, until it no longer protrudes laterally beyond the contour of the shaft.
