At least one spreading element is mounted in the shaft so as to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction and, during its displacement in the longitudinal direction, it slides along a slide surface in the area of the free end of the shaft in such a way that it protrudes laterally beyond the contour of the shaft. In order to make actuation of the at least one spreading element easier, the invention proposes that the at least one spreading element is pretensioned by means of an elastic spring element in the direction of the free end of the shaft and can be drawn back in the shaft, counter to the action of the spring element, until it no longer protrudes laterally beyond the contour of the shaft.
