The invention relates to a component which is at least partly made of a layer structure. The layer structure comprises the following layers: (a) an elastomer layer with a density of more than 800 g/L, and (b) a duromer layer containing at least 50 wt.% of a first polyurethane. The invention further relates to a method for producing such a component, having the following steps: (i) providing a negative mold, into which the individual layers of the layer structure are introduced, or a positive mold, onto which the individual layers of the layer structure are applied, (ii) producing the elastomer layer by means of a spraying process, (iii) producing the duromer layer by means of a spraying process, and (iv) removing the produced component, wherein step (ii) can be carried out before step (iii) or step (iii) can be carried out before step (ii).

The invention relates to a method for producing roads, paths and other surfaces for traffic. According to said method, a mixture containing crushed road surface material, mineral material and/or glass, a polymer reaction mixture and optionally other additives is produced, is applied to a foundation and is hardened. The invention also relates to roads, paths and other surfaces for traffic that are obtained according to a method of this type.

The present invention relates to a method for producing cover layers for roads, streets, and other traffic surfaces, wherein a mixture, containing mineral material and a polyurethane reaction mixture, and optionally further additives, is produced, applied to an underlying surface material, compacted using a contact pressure of at least 5 N/cm2, and cured, the work being performed substantially without the use of solvents. Furthermore, the present invention relates to cover layers for roads, streets, and other traffic surfaces, obtainable according to such a method.

The invention relates to a method for producing an outsole from foamed thermoplastic polyurethane by pressing the outsole in an open tool. The outsole obtainable by said method and a shoe provided therewith are also disclosed.
