Binder constituents (A) are at least partially made in the form of reactive adhesives reacting in various stages, based on multi-functional macro monomer compounds which can be progressively cured according to various reaction mechanisms, whereby the molecular structure of said compounds contains olefinically unsaturated radically reactive groups in addition to moisture-curing isocyanate groups. Monofunctional and/or preferably multi-functional radically reactive mixed constituents are used as binder constituents (B), especially those that are radically bi-functional and devoid of isocyanate groups.

The invention relates to polyamides based on reaction products from C4 - C18 - dicarboxylic acids. According to the invention, the polyamides are suitable for use as moulding materials for the production of moulded parts using low pressure or injection methods in addition to ensuring adhesive density or filling during the production of electrical or electronic devices, particularly plugs, cables, switches, sensors, transponders, modules, circuit boards, or smart cards. Compared with conventional mouldable materials based on known melt adhesives, the inventive products exhibit higher mechanical properties, higher abrasive-resistant properties and higher resistance to various media.

Compositions of this kind begin to polymerize as soon as the components are mixed together. In order to widen their field of application, they have been made stable to storage. To this end, O2 and peroxides must be removed. Suitable ways of doing this are degassing and the addition of a deoxidizing agent. This makes controlled polymerization possible: thus adhesives and sealing, coating and moulding compounds, for instance, can first be rendered storage-stable for a period of several months, which is a suitable length of time for normal use, and they will then cure within an hour at room temperature simply on admission of air.

This makes a dual curing mechanism possible.
