摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of bio-based polyamide fibers, and specifically relates to a bio-based polyamide fiber and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes: S1: under protection of an inert gas, dissolving p-phenylenediamine and a heterocyclic diamine in a polar solvent, adding furandicarbonyl chloride to allow a polymerization reaction to obtain a polymerization system, and adjusting a pH of the polymerization system to slightly higher than 7.0 to obtain a bio-based polyamide polymer solution; and S2: subjecting the bio-based polyamide polymer solution to wet spinning to obtain the bio-based polyamide fiber. The heterocyclic diamine is at least one selected from the group consisting of 2,3-diaminopyridine, 2,5-diaminopyridine, and 2,6-diaminopyridine. The polar solvent is selected from the group consisting of N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAC), N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP), and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). The bio-based polyamide fiber has intrinsic flame-retardant performance, a high strength, and excellent post-dyeing performance.

摘要: A method for providing a fluorinated polyamide is herein provided. The method envisages the copolymerization of a (per)fluoropolyether comprising amino or acid functional groups with a mixture of a hydrogenated dicarboxylic acid and a diamine and/or an aminoacid or lactam in the presence of a hydrogenated monocarboxylic acid and/or a hydrogenated monoamine. By appropriate selection of the functionality of the reaction mixture, fluorinated polyamides having an average molecular weight (Mw) lower than 16,000 and a content of PFPE segments ranging from 5% to 50% wt are obtained. These polyamides can be advantageously used as additives for other polyamides, in particular for non-fluorinated polyamides to provide blends that can be formed into shaped articles.

Embodiments of the invention can be used in processes designed to replace those used in the petrochemical industry. Typical embodiments of the invention include methods and materials for forming and/or modifying compounds including dicarboxylic acid ester dimers, benzoxazines and dicarboxylic acid ether dimers. Embodiments of the invention further provide methods and materials for utilizing these compounds to form commercially desirable polymers having structures and physical properties akin to those found in polymers formed from petroleum products.
