摘要:
The present invention provides a thin container production method capable of forming a thin container having a thickness of about 0.7 mm by injecting a molten resin of a polylactic acid into a narrow cavity. The production method according to the present invention produces a thin container W having a thickness in a range of 0.3 to 0.7 mm by injection molding of a polylactic acid resin. The molten resin of the polylactic acid impregnated with supercritical carbon dioxide in a range of 0.5 to 2.5 percent by mass relative to the total amount is injected into a cavity 29 corresponding to the thin container W.
摘要:
A method for the automated optimization of an injection molding machine set-up process comprising injection molding one or more parts, inspecting the parts for defects, adjusting the injection stroke and/or the injection velocity and repeating the process until the defects are reduced. There is also disclosed a method comprising injection molding one or more parts, determining a mean injection pressure profile by measuring the injection pressure with the machine configured with a constant, desired injection velocity. Then the velocity profile is adjusted to reduce differences between the measured pressure and the mean pressure profile. A further method is disclosed wherein the kickback is calculated and adjusted from screw displacement, packing/holding time and pressure. Also disclosed is a method comprising injection molding one or more parts then determining the gate freeze time by incrementing the holding time and measuring the screw displacement.

The invention relates to a method and a device for tempering form tools (1) of injection moulding machines. A tempering medium coming from a supply line (2) flows through lines (2a, 2b, 4a, 4b) in the from tool (1) and is carried away through a discharge pipe (4). The tempering medium is discharged by means of valves (7, 8). An essentially more constant march of pressure pertaining to the tempering medium can be obtained during the production cycle when the pressure in the supply line (2) is constant and when valves (7, 8) for clocking, i.e. the interruption or resumption of the flow of the tempering medium through the form tool (1), are only provided after the form tool (1) as seen in the direction of flow. Said more constant march of pressure can be obtained because the lines in the form tool are not entirely closed but stay open on the side which pertains to the supply line (2).

A method of a preplasticating injection molding, comprising the steps of sending a molten resin plasticized in a plasticizing chamber to an injection chamber through a passage, metering the molten resin, and stopping the passage and precompressing the molten resin before injection is made by a plunger, wherein the stopping of the passage and the precompression function to achieve the precise metering and charging of resin. The deviation of the plunger form the position of completion of metering is determined after the stopping of the passage or the compression, and the position of metering for the next injection is corrected according to the deviation. Charging is effected on the basis of the plunger position detected at the time of precompression.

A temperature regulating system for a cyclic processor (10), for example an injection moulding machine, the machine having a mould with an internal passageway (17) for receiving temperature regulating fluid such as a coolant. The invention teaches intermittent flow of the temperature regulating fluid, the flow being permitted during certain parts only of the processing cycle, so that for example coolant cannot flow whilst hot melt material is being injected. The systems includes temperature control means (14) and cycle response means, characterised in that the cycle response means initiates operation of the temperature control means at a predetermined stage in a cycle.

An adaptive controller (42) is provided for controlling the transition, in an injection molding apparatus (10), from the injection stage to the packing stage. The controller operates by controlling the velocity of the ram (32) during the injection stage, and controlling the ram pressure during the packing stage. The controller (42) anticipates the transition from the injection stage to the packing stage by monitoring the ratio of pressure to velocity. The divergence of this ratio forecasts the onset of the packing stage. At this time, a pressure relief valve (46) is preset in anticipation of the packing stage, to prevent a pressure spike during the transition period. The flow control valve (40) is held constant during the transition.

In an injection molding machine (1A), a controller (700) opens a first flow path (601) or a second flow path (602) by a first electromagnetic switching valve (653) or a second electromagnetic switching valve (654) to operate a liquid pressure cylinder (590) and performs a split mold opening operation or a split mold closing operation of a split mold opening/closing unit (580) in a state of driving a liquid pressure pump (610) in a state where the first flow path (601) or the second flow path (602) is closed by the first electromagnetic switching valve (653) or the second electromagnetic switching valve (654) so as to increase a liquid pressure of a working liquid between the first electromagnetic switching valve (653) or the second electromagnetic switching valve (654) and the liquid pressure pump (610).
