Bei dieser Sonnenblende ist vorgesehen, daß der Sonnenblendenkörper aus einer Polsterplatte (1) aus Schaumkunststoff und einer als Kunststoff-Spritzgußteil ausgebildeten Trägerplatte (2), die an einer Breitseite der Polsterplatte (1) unlösbar befestigt ist, besteht, wobei die gegenüber der Polsterplatte (1) einen wesentlich kleineren Umriß aufweisende Trägerplatte (2) mit einer Lageraufnahme (24, 50) für die Sonnenblendenachse (16), einer Lageraufnahme (26, 52) für die Feder (4, 4a) einem Gegenlagerstift (15, 28) und einer Aufnahmevertiefung (29) für einen Spiegel (5) oder Ticketklammer (7) ausgebildet ist.

The hinge for sun visors of motor vehicles comprises a single piece linking body (5) having essentially the shape of an elongate parallelepiped wherein are defined two longitudinal front (10) and rear (11) portions. The front portion (10) houses a fixing spring (6) and both portions (10, 11) define a longitudinal housing for the reception of the horizontal arm (9) of a support pin (7). In the front portion (10) there is provided a tubular extension (14) which receives both free ends (15, 16) of the reinforcement rod (2) of the visor body (1), said both ends being longitudinally aligned. The coupling of the linking body (5) with the reinforcement rod (2) is provided by means of retention projections (23, 27, 28) arranged in the front (10) and rear (11) portions. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Sonnenblenden, demzufolge ein hohler Blenden-Hauptteil (1a) einer Sonnenblende durch einen einzigen Formgebungsvorgang, und zwar durch Druckblasformung, hergestellt wird; hierbei weist der Formgebungsvorgang jeweils einzelne Phasen auf, in deren Verlauf zwei Platten (33) (34) eines Plastikmaterials zwischen einem Paar Formhälften (28) (29) einer zur Formgebung dienenden Preßform (26) eingelegt werden, wobei zwischen jeder Platte (33) (34) und der entsprechenden Formhälfte (28) (29) jeweils ein entsprechendes Blatt (37) eines Beschichtungsmaterials eingelegt wird, und wobei die Formhälften (28) (29) dann geschlossen werden und zwischen die Platten (33) (34) ein Strom eines unter Druck stehenden Fluids eingeblasen wird, sodaß zugleich die Verformung und die Verbindung der Platten (33) (34) untereinander erzielt wird und gleichzeitig durch einfache Kompression das Aufbringen eines jeden der zur Beschichtung dienenden Blätter (37) auf die entsprechende Platte (33) (34) erreicht wird.

A method for the manufacture of a vehicle sun visor, in which a first sheet (5) and a second sheet (6) of expanded synthetic material and a first covering film (40) and a second covering film (41) are disposed on the opposite faces of a flat rectangular framework (10) to form a layered structure. The sheets (5), (6) and the covering films (40, 41) are longer and wider than the length and width of the frame (10) and than the dimensions of the mould cavities (25, 26) of a first die (15) and of a second die (16) of a press (20) between which the layered structure (1) is disposed. These dies (15, 16) are closed progressively to press the layered structure so that, in a first, lower-temperature cycle, the sheets (5, 6) partly penetrate the framework (10) and become sealed together along a peripheral edge (35) of the frame itself and in a second, higher-temperature cycle, the edges of the covering films (40, 41) are sealed together along a peripheral edge (35') alongside the edge (35) of the sheets (5, 6) which is already welded. The dies (15, 16) are subsequently opened and the layered-structure unitary body constituting a main part of a sun visor (61) is removed from the press (20).

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an automobile sunvisor, wherein a pair of overcoatings for the sunvisor, the rear surface of which is respectively covered with a layer of thermoplastic resin, is pressure-welded between an upper electrode member (1) and a lower electrode member (2) and cut at the same position without displacement, thus forming no protruding welded portion in the periphery of the sunvisor. Moreover, the pair of the overcoatings can be securely welded to each other without any particular portion for welding prepared in the overcoatings because the thermoplastic resin is melted inside the sealed portion of the pair of overcoatings during the pressure-welding.
