The base (16a) has a guide wall (16a 4 ) that guides entered water droplets to the right and left side rims and drops the water droplets thereafter. The ECU board (16b) has at the lower end an ECU connector (16b 1 ) integrated thereto. The ECU board (16b) and the ECU connector (16b 1 ) are electrically connected. Furthermore, the cover (16c) has a downward opening (16c 1 ) at the lower end. With the ECU (16) assembled, the lower end of the interior of the ECU (16) is open downward through the opening (16c 1 ).
