The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cloth which, when used as an air bag main body cloth, does not undergo the damage caused by a high-temperature gas generated from an inflater, and therefore has high heat resistance and is suitable for an air bag. The means for solving the problem is a coated cloth for an air bag, which is produced by applying an elastomer resin layer on at least one surface of a three-dimensional woven fabric in an amount of 50 to 500 g/m 2 per one surface, said coated cloth being characterized by having void spaces formed therein, wherein the void content in the coated cloth is 15 to 60%. Preferably, the coated cloth is used in applications in which the coated cloth is attached onto the periphery of an inflater connection opening in an air bag.

L'invention se rapporte à de la moquette et à un procédé de fabrication et de recyclage de cette moquette. Ladite moquette se compose d'une étoffe support (5) comprenant des touffes de fibres synthétiques (10) qui dépassent d'une face supérieure et, éventuellement, une sous-couche tissée (20) comprenant une feuille polymère de polyoléfine isostatique extrudée (15) qui est appliquée en fusion entre la face inférieure de l'étoffe support (5) et la face supérieure de la sous-couche tissée (20). Le procédé de fabrication de ladite moquette recyclable consiste à mettre la feuille extrudée (15), en contact avec l'étoffe support (5) et éventuellement la sous-couche tissée (20), à une température suffisamment élevée pour faire fondre entièrement la feuille extrudée (15) sur la couche concernée. Le procédé de recyclage du type de moquette synthétique en question comprend la fabrication de ladite moquette, la récupération des morceaux de moquette, et la fusion des morceaux récupérés pour fabriquer de la matière première.
