According to one aspect, a controller, including a processor, sets an initial vibration frequency to be applied to an airframe. The controller commands one or more force generators to apply a vibratory load to the airframe at the initial vibration frequency. The controller determines a vibration response of the airframe at the initial vibration frequency using sensors. The controller sweeps through a range of vibration frequencies to be applied to the airframe. The one or more force generators are commanded to apply a plurality of vibratory loads to the airframe over the range of vibration frequencies. The controller determines a range of vibration responses of the airframe over the range of vibration frequencies using the sensors. A global stiffness of the airframe is determined based on the vibration response and the range of vibration responses. The controller reports results of the determined global stiffness of the airframe.

The present invention discloses a boom vibration suppression method for concrete distributing apparatus, wherein, the boom comprises a boom oil cylinder (1) for respectively driving each section of the boom; the vibration suppression method comprises: detecting the variation of output force of the boom oil cylinder (1), and maintaining the variation of output force within the range of a preset threshold. The present invention further provides a vibration suppression controller, a vibration suppression device, and a concrete distributing apparatus that implement the method described above. In the present invention, since the variation of output force of the boom oil cylinder is detected to reflect the vibrations on the boom, without the need for detecting the posture and end displacement of the boom, the vibration of the boom is controlled directly and the time delay is little delay; moreover, the pressure of the boom oil cylinder is controlled directly and the variation of output force is maintained within a specific range; that control process is applicable to any boom posture since it has no direct relationship with the posture and dynamic characteristics of the boom; furthermore, the device that implements the method disclosed in the present invention is simple in structure and is high portability without any modification to the original system.

The present invention discloses a revolution vibration suppressing method for pump truck boom, comprising: detecting the vibration severity of the boom in the revolution direction; extracting dynamic characteristic parameters of the boom; calculating a control signal that can be used to control the revolving actuator to compensate the vibration severity according to the vibration severity and the dynamic characteristic parameters extracted; and driving the revolving actuator according to the control signal to move, to suppress the revolution vibration of the boom. In addition, the present invention further provides a revolution vibration suppression controller and a revolution vibration suppression device for a pump truck boom, and a pump truck comprising the device. With the technical scheme described above, the vibration of a pump truck boom in the revolution direction can be suppressed, and therefore the risk of failures of the boom is decreased and the operating safety in the work is improved.

Thereby, vibrations of the engine (1) are suppressed, and gear noises due to the gear driving are reduced.
