Jeder Drehkolben (20, 30) hat an seinem Außenumfang mindestens zwei Dichtleisten (25, 26, 35, 36) und mindestens zwei Vertiefungen (27, 28, 37, 38), wobei die Dichtleisten von jeweils einem der Drehkolben (20, 30) in die Vertiefungen des jeweils anderen Drehkolbens (20, 30) dichtend eingreifen. Zudem sind die Dichtleisten in Radialrichtung des jeweiligen Drehkolbens (20, 30) zum dichtenden Kontaktieren einer Gehäuseinnenwand (12) bemessen. Außerdem wird ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines solchen Verbrennungsmotors beschrieben.

    摘要: A multistage pneumatic motor includes a shell (1) and a power output main shaft (2). The shell (1) is provided with a gas inlet (3) and a gas outlet (4). Two or more pneumatic motor stages (11, 12, 13) are installed in the shell (1). The first pneumatic motor stage is communicated with the gas inlet (3), and the last pneumatic motor stage is communicated with the gas outlet (4). Compressed gas enters the shell (1) through the gas inlet (3), drives the first pneumatic motor stage, then drives the next pneumatic motor stage, and is exhausted from the shell (1) through the gas outlet (4) at last. Every pneumatic motor stage is provided with a power output shaft (112, 122, 132) which is connected to the power output main shaft (2), so that the powers produced by all pneumatic motor stages (11, 12, 13) are jointed together and then output by the power output main shaft (2). The multistage pneumatic motor improves working efficiency greatly, saves energy source and reduces noise.

The Oldham link (10) has a first key (11) that slides in a radial direction of a rotating shaft (5) along a wall (21) of a key groove (20) provided in the orbiting scroll (3), and a second key (12) that slides in the radial direction of the rotating shaft (5) along a wall (31) of another key groove (30) provided in the shaft bearing (6). On the assumption of a flat reference surface (210) in the wall (21) of the key groove (20), the wall (21) has an offset portion (21A) that is gradually offset from the reference surface (210) while extending toward at least one of an outer peripheral-side end (20A) and an inner peripheral-side end (20B) of the key groove (20).

    摘要: Disclosed is a scroll compressor. An interference prevention portion is formed on a side wall surface of at least one of a fixed wrap and an orbiting wrap. Under such configuration, the end of the fixed wrap does not interfere with the orbiting wrap at an arc compression surface of the orbiting wrap, but is inserted into the interference prevention portion. Accordingly, occurrence of a gap between the fixed wrap and the orbiting wrap can be prevented, and thus compression efficiency can be enhanced.
