    摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und ein Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Strang- und Strangrohrpressen von Kleinteilen wie beispielsweise Holzkleinteile mit und ohne Bindemittel, Papierkleinteilen oder Kleinteilen aus der Blähbetonproduktion oder Papier- Kunststoff- Metallrezyklaten (Tetra-Pak-Kleinteilen), die nicht oder kaum unter Pressdruck fließen. Erfindungsgemäß wird der Pressdruck durch eine sich drehende Kulisse erzeugt, die eine lineare oder parabel- oder bogenförmige, in Pressrichtung von cá. 20° bis 45° auf 1,5 bis 15° abnehmende Steigung besitzt und in einer Länge von bis zu 360° oder einer Umdrehung ausgebildet ist. Die Befüllung der Vorrichtung erfolgt nahezu im freien Fall durch einen Gemengestrahl. Für die Herstellung von Pellets setzt die Erfindung vor das Verdichtungselement eine viellöcherige Matrize die den Pelletdurchmesser bestimmt.

    摘要： The invention relates to the horizontal extrusion of small plant parts in ram extruders, where it aims to make it easier to move the filling material to below the heating pipe (7) which runs through the filling and pressing chamber (5) along the extrusion axis. To this end the invention provides for the lateral walls (8, 9) to be displaced backwards in opposite directions before the start of the extrusion stroke and to be returned to their original position after filling. This makes it possible not only to secure the filling density below the heating pipe (7) but also to achieve a longer expulsion of pressed material for each ram stroke.

    摘要： The invention is extrusion equipment and a process. The extrusion equipment links two extruders (11, 15) together. The first extruder (11) is, desirably, a counter-rotating twin screw extruder. The first extruder (11) receives organic filler, preferably wood particles or fiber, having a variable moisture content. Moisture is withdrawn from the extruder barrel. A polymer is fed from a second extruder (15) into the barrel of the first extruder (11) after the polymer is heated, mixed, and melted in the second extruder (15). The second extruder (15) can be a single screw or twin screw extruder. The combined mixture of organic filler and polymer is further mixed alone or with optional additives. The mixture is vacuum vented to remove moisture and volatiles and then extruded through a die. Additional processing steps are optional depending upon the extruded product or profile being produced.

    摘要： A system and method for extruding composite material and the composite material therefrom. The composite material consists of a filler mixed with a binding agent. The composite material is extruded as billets with enhanced physical properties, such as colour, texture, electrical conductivity and fire retardancy, and contains a dispersion pattern of the filler material. A system and method are also provided for drawing the composite material through a die and a composite material produced thereby. The drawn composite material exhibits a density reduction over the density of the starting material and enhanced physical properties.
