摘要: Problem: To improve a soundproof performance on an air intake side of a cooling structure of a construction machine without enlarging an air intake chamber. Solution: An air intake chamber (16) is provided on the air intake side of a heat exchanger (15) in an engine room (12), and a first air intake port (17) is formed in a top face of the air intake chamber (16). In the air intake chamber (16), a duct (18) independently formed as a shield member is disposed so as to partition the air intake chamber (16) into two chambers (16a), (16b), and also in a manner such that the core surface (15a) of the heat exchanger (15) is enclosed airtightly from the surrounding atmosphere. A second air intake port (24) is formed in the duct (18); thereby, the air intake chamber (16) is constituted in a doubled duct structure, and air sucked from the first air intake port (17) is guided through an air intake passage to the core surface (15a) of the heat exchanger (15), the air intake passage being bent so as to be roughly L-shaped.

摘要: Simplification of a device configuration and control is realized, which enables attraction and release by a magnet without using a battery. A magnet work machine includes a generator motor (8) driven by an engine (7); and an inverter (10) which controls a magnet (6) and the generator motor (8) such that the magnet (6) is energized by electric power from the generator motor (8) to attract metal scraps or the like, and during demagnetization for releasing metal scraps or the like, electric power applied to the magnet (6) is transmitted to the generator motor (8) as regenerative power so as to be consumed. The inverter (10) determines a torque of the generator motor (8) as a motor according to a voltage change of a main circuit based on a detected main circuit voltage so as to suppress the voltage change, and gives the torque as a command.

摘要: Provided is a construction machine that is capable of securing a maintenance space above a hydraulic pump while enabling a NOx-reducing catalyst to be installed, not involving a significant increase in cost. The construction machine includes: a frame; an engine installed on the frame; a hydraulic pump adapted to be driven by the engine; a guard panel disposed on the frame to surround an engine room and having a maintenance port for the hydraulic pump; an exhaust-gas-purification device provided inside the engine room and connected to the engine via an exhaust pipe; and a support member adapted to support an exhaust-gas-aftertreatment device including the exhaust-gas-purification device, inside the engine room at a position just above the hydraulic pump. The support member has a purification device supporting portion to support the exhaust-gas-purification device and a catalyst supporting portion to support a NOx-reducing catalyst which is additionally included in the exhaust-gas-aftertreatment device, at a position closer to the maintenance port than the exhaust-gas-purification device. The catalyst supporting portion is adapted to support the NOx-reducing catalyst at a position higher than the exhaust-gas-purification device so as to form, over the hydraulic pump, a maintenance space having an upper end at a position higher than an upper end of a space formed under the purification device supporting portion and the exhaust-gas-purification device.

摘要: The electric winch device includes a required braking force estimation section (44) which estimates a required braking force which is a braking force required to stop a free-falling object at a position at an allowable stopping height set by a setting unit; a braking force determination section (50) which determines, out of an operational braking force estimated by an operational braking force estimation section, each of a first braking force to be borne by a braking device and a second braking force to be borne by a braking force which is generated in an electric motor due to consumption of regenerative power; and a control section (52) which causes the braking device to apply the first braking force, which has been determined by the braking force determination section, to a winch drum. The braking force determination section (50) determines the first braking force to be a braking force equal to or greater than the required braking force when, at a time of stopping of the free-falling object, the operational braking force estimated by the operational braking force estimation section (44) is equal to or greater than the required braking force.

摘要: Provided is an electric winch device including: an electric motor; a winch drum; a brake; an operation lever; an ammeter; and a controller. The controller includes: a first torque derivation unit which derives a value of a first torque applied to the winch drum due to a load of an object; a second torque derivation unit which derives a value of a second torque generated in the winch drum in the direction of rotation for hoisting the object by a drive torque of the electric motor, on the basis of a current value measured by the ammeter; and a brake control unit which determines a timing for releasing a braking action on the winch drum after the operation lever has been operated to a hoisting side or a lowering side, on the basis of a differential between the second torque value derived by the second torque derivation unit and the first torque value derived by the first torque derivation unit, and which causes the brake to release the braking action on the winch drum by transmitting, to the brake, a control signal instructing release of the braking action on the winch drum at the determined timing.

摘要: A control device is configured to sufficiently reduce the drive loss of a hydraulic pump. The control device is provided with a controller (14) configured to control a regeneration valve (22) to switch to a regeneration state, and to control the flow rate of a second hydraulic pump (16) to reduce the ejection flow rate of the second hydraulic pump (16) in accordance with regeneration of hydraulic oil through the regeneration valve (22) when a combined operation of lowering a boom and pressing an arm is performed. The controller (14) outputs a command for setting the number of rotations of an engine (5) to be smaller than the rotation number designated by a rotation number designating unit (29) when the ejection flow rate of the second hydraulic pump (16) is not larger than a predetermined flow rate during the combined operation.
