A random access method for user equipment in time division synchronization code division multiple access communication system, includes: (a) system broadcasts configured ASC and configuration information thereof to UE, the UE records these information; (b) the MAC of the UE transmits RACH transmitting request to the physical layer, the physical layer selects a RACH; (c) the UE physical layer selects randomly an uplink synchronization code and an uplink synchronization sub-channel; (d) after the UE physical layer has transmitted the selected uplink synchronization code on the uplink pilot slot correspnding to the selected uplink synchronization sub-channel, if the UE receives the access confirm information from network side, then completes the uplink synchronization, and selects PRACH to transmits message, if not, reimplements network side access. Using the invention, at the rondam access procedure, the UE of TD-SCDMA system makes the physical on UE side select a system as the ASC configuration resource, and reaches the QoS requirement and avoids the generation of conflict.

Disclosed are a method and apparatus for grouping vehicles in Internet of Vehicles. The method comprises: a designated vehicle within a coverage area of a road-side unit (RSU) satisfying a preset condition receives first indication information of the RSU, the first indication information being set for indicating the designated vehicle to be a vehicle having a management permission to manage a vehicle group to which the designated vehicle pertains; or designated vehicles outside the coverage area of the RSU satisfying a preset condition negotiate to decide a final designated vehicle; the designated vehicle periodically broadcasts a first message set for performing vehicle grouping to the vehicles within the coverage of the RSU and/or outside the coverage of the RSU; the designated vehicle receives a second message in response to the first message; and the designated vehicle groups vehicles that send the second message to a vehicle group. The disclosed method and apparatus for grouping vehicles in Internet of Vehicles resolve the problem of difficulty in distributing and releasing resources by a network side device for a vehicle in Internet of Vehicles in time.

The method comprises: within a coverage area of a road-side unit (RSU), the RSU and/or a designated vehicle among multiple vehicle groups determines whether state information of the multiple vehicle groups satisfies a first preset condition for combining the multiple vehicle groups and/or a second preset condition for separating the multiple vehicle groups, the designated vehicle having a management permission to manage the vehicle groups; the RSU and/or the designated vehicle in the multiple vehicle groups combines the multiple vehicle groups according to the first preset condition and/or separates the multiple vehicle groups according to the second preset condition, when the determined result is yes; and the RSU designates a designated vehicle in the combined and/or separated vehicle group. Embodiments of the present invention resolve the problem in the related art of difficulty in distributing and releasing resources for each vehicle group when there are multiple vehicle groups.

The method includes: an eNB sends time-domain scheduling information of Single Cell-Point To Multipoint (SC-PTM) Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) to a UE, the time-domain scheduling information is used for indicating a position of a time-domain subframe where the MBMS is located, and a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) of the time-domain subframe includes frequency-domain scheduling information of the MBMS. A UE receives time-domain scheduling information, performs blind detection at a position of a time-domain subframe indicated by the time-domain scheduling information, determines a PDCCH including frequency-domain scheduling information of MBMS, and reads the frequency-domain scheduling information on the PDCCH. The UE receives the MBMS on a Physical Downlink Share Channel (PDSCH) on the basis of the read frequency-domain scheduling information.

The technical solution of embodiments of the present invention mitigates the impacts of network congestion or overload on the cluster service, thus enhancing user experience with the service.

In the methods, under the condition that a Multicast Channel (MCH) Scheduling Period (MSP) exceeds a Common Sub-frame allocation Period (CSP), an allocation manner for allocating Multicast Broadcast over Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) sub-frame resources to each MCH and a Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) in the MCH is determined; and the allocation manner is notified to User Equipment (UE). According to the technical solutions provided above, under the condition that the MSP exceeds the CSP, MBMS resource scheduling may be implemented, the UE may be ensured to correctly receive a required MBMS, and user experiences may be improved.
